Those Things is the second album by songwriter and music producer Miguel Migs, released in 2007. The album peaked at number 15 on the US Top Electronic Albums chart. It is an album that ranges from deep house to hip house, with each being solid productions overall. Those Things features vocal performances by Migs's main vocalist on his songs, Lisa Shaw, Aya, Tim Fuller, and reggae artist Junior Reid. The album features more live instrumentation than Migs' début album and includes a guest appearance by Fred Ross of Sly and the Family Stone. The lead single, "So Far", peaked at number six on the Hot Dance Club Play chart.

"People Hold On" is a song by British band Coldcut and singer-songwriter Lisa Stansfield, released as the first single from the band's debut album, What's That Noise? (1989). It was written by Matt Black, Jonathan More and Stansfield, and produced by Coldcut. The song received positive reviews from music critics and became a commercial success. It was released as a single on 13 March 1989 and reached number eleven on the UK Singles Chart and number six on the US Billboard's Hot Dance Club Songs chart. The song was remixed by Blaze, Juan Atkins, Dimitri from Paris, Mark Saunders, Eric Kupper, Tyrone Perkins and Masters At Work.

Justin Osuji, best known by his current alias Sonny J Mason, is a Scottish singer, songwriter, and producer whose style combines "hints of R&B, soul, funk and disco." Mason was signed as a singer-songwriter to Virgin Records at age 14, and his first four singles, released under the name Justin, all reached top 40 positions on the UK Singles Chart in the late 1990s. His debut album Finally was released in 2000 on Innocent Records, and that year he was awarded the Young Scottish Achievers Award from Queen Elizabeth II.

Brown later confirmed via Facebook that the song would be released in Europe at a future date; however this planned release was scrapped when Brown decided not to release the album. Eric van Aro is a European jazz and pop singer. He is the son of the Italian singer Caterina Valente and the German juggler/producer Erik van Aro. He grew up in the Italian part of Switzerland and in London, England. Van Aro has released several albums including Friends, Desert Motel, Obsession, Endless Roads as well as recordings of deep house and lounge music in collaboration with Marco "Soundee" Finotello. These collaborations were the basics for The EGH project He is a founding member of the rock group Chronicles of a Fourth.

Timothy John Kvasnosky, known profesionally as Tim K, is an American record producer, musician, and film score composer. Tim K composed the score to the 2015 Sundance Film Festival select I Am Michael, starring James Franco. In 2016, he scored "King Cobra" starring Christian Slater and James Franco which documented the real life murder of porn producer Bryan Kocis. As a producer and sideman has also worked with artists such as Sam Sparro, Ed Droste, Jake Shears, Rahzel, Lisa Shaw, Kat DeLuna, Dam Funk, Miguel Migs and DJ Colette. He is a member of the musical group Tiny Hearts. As a remixer, he produced 4 top 5 Billboard Club Play remixes.
