Janet Kainembabazi Museveni is a Ugandan politician who has been the First Lady of Uganda since 1986. She is married to President Yoweri Museveni, with whom she has four children. She has been Cabinet Minister of Education and Sports in the Ugandan Cabinet, since 6 June 2016, although her own education record is questioned. She previously served as Minister for Karamoja Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda from 27 May 2011 until 6 June 2016. She also served as the elected Member of Parliament representing Ruhaama County in Ntungamo District, between 2011 and 2016. She published her autobiography, My Life's Journey, in 2011.

Prior to that, she served as the Minister for the Presidency, from 2006 until May 2011. In the cabinet reshuffle of 27 May 2011, she was replaced at the Ministry for the Presidency by Kabakumba Masiko. She formerly served as the Member of Parliament (MP), representing Sironko District Women's Constituency from 2001 until 2011.
Erias Lukwago Ssalongo, is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. He is the Lord Mayor of the city of Kampala, the capital of Uganda and the largest metropolitan area in the country. He was elected to that position on 14 January 2011. He was voted out of office on 25 November 2013 by Councillors after a tribunal found him guilty of incompetence and abuse of office. The Kampala Capital City Authority councilors voted 29 to three to impeach him. He was re-instated on 28 November 2013 after the High Court Judge Yasin Nyanzi ordered Kampala Minister Frank Tumwebaze to stop the implementation of the tribunal report that paved way for his censure.

She again regained her seat after the 2021 general elections.

She also serves as the elected Member of Parliament for Koboko Municipality, in the West Nile sub-region, in the Northern Region of Uganda, a position she has occupied since 2011. in the 2020 National resistance movement (NRM) flag bearer elections, Anite lost her bit to retain the seat of MP koboko munisparity, Dr Charles Ayume son of former speaker of the Ugandan parliament hon. Francis Ayume won the elections.
Charles Okello Macodwogo Engola,, commonly known as Charles Okello -Engola, is a Ugandan politician and retired Colonel in the Uganda People's Defence Force. He is the current State Minister for Defence in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was born to Chief (Jago) Nasan Engola and Ketula Engola of Awangi, in Iceme, Oyam district. Charles Okello-Engola is also the grandson of Rwot Olong Adilo, and also great grandson of Rwot Olwa Abelli of Iceme. He was appointed to the position of minister of state for defense on 6 June 2016, replacing General Jeje Odongo, who was appointed Cabinet Minister of Internal Affairs. He concurrently serves as the Member of Parliament representing Oyam North County in the 10th Parliament.
Judith Tukahirwa Tumusiime is a Ugandan environmental scientist, water and sanitation consultant, and former management executive. She is the immediate past deputy executive director of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). She was appointed to that position in December 2012. She resigned on 31 October 2016, citing interference from politicians and security agencies.

He is the elected Member of Parliament for Makindye Division West and a representative for the National Unity Platform, the largest opposition political party in Uganda. He is a member of the Committee on Education & Sports and the Committee on Equal Opportunities in the 10th Parliament of Uganda. He is also the Minister for Sports in the Shadow Cabinet.
Robinah Nabbanja, is a Ugandan educator and politician, who is the Prime Minister of Uganda, after being nominated to the office on 8 June 2021. She was formally confirmed by the Parliament on 21 June 2021. She replaced Ruhakana Rugunda, who was named to the post of Envoy For Special Duties In The Office Of The President of Uganda. She is the first female prime minister of Uganda.
Doreen Nyanjura is a Ugandan politician, who was on 18 June 2020, appointed Deputy Lord Mayor for Kampala, replacing Sarah Kanyike. She also serves as the elected Local Council 5 (LCV) Woman Councillor, representing Makerere University at Kampala Capital City Authority, the governing body of Kampala, the capital and largest city of Uganda. She was elected to her present position in 2016.
Dorothy Kisaka, is a Ugandan lawyer and corporate executive who was appointed as the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority, on 12 June 2020. She replaces Jennifer Musisi, the founding executive director of KCCA, who resigned on 15 December 2018, and Engineer Andrew Mubiru Kitaka, who has been acting as Executive Director from December 2018 until June 2020.
