The 2015–2017 ICC World Cricket League Championship was the second edition of the ICC World Cricket League Championship. It took place from 2015 until 2017,in parallel with the 2015-17 ICC Intercontinental Cup. Both Ireland and Afghanistan had been promoted to the main ICC ODI Championship and did not compete in this tournament. Instead,Kenya and Nepal were included in the tournament. The tournament was played in a round-robin format. All matches were recorded as List A matches,and those in which both teams had ODI status were also recorded as ODIs.
Rangarirai Norbert Manyande is a former Zimbabwean cricketer who played for several domestic teams during the early 2000s. He moved to Namibia later in the decade,and went on to represent the Namibian national side at tournaments in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Having begun his coaching career while still playing in Zimbabwe,Manyande was appointed coach of the Namibian under-19 side in 2013,and has overseen its successful qualification for the 2014 and 2016 Under-19 World Cups.

The 2021 Kwibuka Women's T20 Tournament was a women's T20I cricket (WT20I) tournament held in Rwanda from 6 to 12 June 2021. This was the seventh edition of the annual Kwibuka T20 Tournament,first organised 2014 in remembrance of the victims of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. All matches were played at the Gahanga International Cricket Stadium in Kigali. Tanzania won the 2019 edition but did not defend the title this year. The 2020 edition of the tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
