The National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) is a U.S. not-for-profit advocacy group that aims to expand the economic opportunities and advancement of the LGBT business community. Its headquarters are in NW in Washington, D.C. NGLCC is the exclusive certifying body for LGBT-owned businesses known as LGBT Business Enterprises (LGBTBEs), and advocates for LGBT business inclusion in corporate and government supplier diversity programs. In October 2017, the organization changed its name from the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce to National LGBT Chamber of Commerce to better reflect the entire LGBT business community it serves.

The Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) is the largest chamber of commerce in the Houston area. The Partnership is an economic development organization for the Greater Houston area. The Partnership works to make Houston greater by promoting economic development, foreign trade and investment, and by advocating for efficient and effective government that supports, rather than impedes, business growth. The Partnership also convenes key stakeholders to solve the region's most pressing issues. The Partnership was formed in 1989 in a merger of the Greater Houston Chamber of Commerce, the Houston Economic Development Council and the Houston World Trade Association. Today, the Partnership serves the 12-county greater Houston region and represents a member roster of 900 businesses and institutions. Members of the Partnership account for one-fifth of all jobs in Houston. They engage in various initiatives, committees and task forces.
Bradley D. Tilden is an American business executive. He is the retired chairman of Alaska Air Group, the parent company of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. Before becoming the company's CEO in 2012, Tilden served as Alaska Airlines' president, and before that as Alaska Air Group's chief financial officer. He is a commercial pilot and holds multi-engine and instrument ratings.
Maud Smith Daudon is the Executive Leader of Career Connect Washington, which successfully passed legislation and state funding in spring of 2019 to implement the 10-year strategic plan for building a statewide career-connected learning and apprenticeship system in Washington State. Selected by Governor Inslee to lead this effort, Daudon is under contract with the Governor's Office and her work is funded by five philanthropic partners.

Spire is a 41-story residential skyscraper in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, United States. The 440-foot (130 m) building sits in a triangular block adjacent to the intersection of Denny Way and Wall Street, roughly between the Belltown and Denny Triangle neighborhoods. It has 343 condominiums, retail space, and a rooftop terrace. The building has an automated parking system in its underground garage with capacity for 266 vehicles.
Calvin Sam Barlow was a pioneer and politician of Tacoma, Washington. He was considered one of the most successful merchants of the city. In 1877, he came to Tacoma–a small village at the time–and opened its first butcher shop. Barlow successfully conducted the business for three years in partnership with his brother. Later, they founded the Tacoma Trading Company and started dealing in various building materials as well as manufacturing their own. In 1903, their company was one of the largest in the city, and one of the leading merchants. It was stated that the company supplied near three-fourths of the lime for all of the Tacoma buildings of that time. Over the years, Barlow became a highly esteemed Tacoma merchant.
