Seward Lake is a small lake in Otsego County, New York. It is located west of Schenevus. Seward Lake drains west via an unnamed stream into Schenevus Creek.

Cooper Landing is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska, United States, about 100 miles (160 km) south of Anchorage, at the outlet of Kenai Lake into the Kenai River. The town was first settled in the 19th century by gold and mineral prospectors, and has become a popular summer tourist destination thanks to its scenic location and proximity to the salmon fishery of the Kenai River and Russian River. As of the 2010 census, the population in Cooper Landing was 289, down from 369 in 2000.

The name Kenai is derived from the word "Kenaitze" or "Kenaitze Indian Tribe", the name of the Native Athabascan Alaskan tribe, the Kahtnuht’ana Dena’ina, who historically inhabited the area. They called the Kenai Peninsula Yaghanen.
Seward Park is a municipal park in Seattle, Washington, United States. Located in the city neighborhood of the same name, it covers 300 acres. The park occupies all of Bailey Peninsula, a forested peninsula that juts into Lake Washington. It contains one of the last surviving tracts of old-growth forest within the city of Seattle. The park is named after U.S. Secretary of State William Seward.
The Seward Highway is a highway in the U.S. state of Alaska that extends 125 miles (201 km) from Seward to Anchorage. It was completed in 1951 and runs through the scenic Kenai Peninsula, Chugach National Forest, Turnagain Arm, and Kenai Mountains. The Seward Highway is numbered Alaska Route 9 (AK-9) for the first 37 miles (60 km) from Seward to the Sterling Highway and AK-1 for the remaining distance to Anchorage. At the junction with the Sterling Highway, AK-1 turns west towards Sterling and Homer. About eight miles (13 km) of the Seward Highway leading into Anchorage is built to freeway standards. In Anchorage, the Seward Highway terminates at an intersection with 5th Avenue, which AK-1 is routed to, and which then leads to the Glenn Highway freeway.
The Seward Peninsula is a large peninsula on the western coast of the U.S. state of Alaska whose westernmost point is Cape Prince of Wales. The peninsula projects about 200 mi (320 km) into the Bering Sea between Norton Sound, the Bering Strait, the Chukchi Sea, and Kotzebue Sound, just below the Arctic Circle. The entire peninsula is about 210 mi (330 km) long and 90–140 mi (145–225 km) wide. Like Seward, Alaska, it was named after William H. Seward, the United States Secretary of State who fought for the U.S. purchase of Alaska.

The Schenevus Central School district covers the towns of Maryland, Westford, Milford, Decatur and Roseboom. The Schenevus Carousel and Twentieth Century Steam Riding Gallery No. 409 are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Seward Mountain is a mountain in the Seward Range of the Adirondacks in the U.S. state of New York. It is the 24th-highest of the Adirondack High Peaks, with an elevation of 4,361 feet (1,329 m). The mountain is located in the town of Harrietstown in Franklin County. It is named for New York governor William Seward.
Seymour Mountain is a mountain located in Franklin County, New York, named after Horatio Seymour (1810–1886), Governor of New York. The mountain is part of the Seward Mountains of the Adirondacks. Seymour Mountain faces Seward Mountain to the west across Ouluska Pass.
Allen Mountain is located in the Lewis Range, Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. Allen Mountain is NNW of Cracker Lake. The mountain is named to honor Cornelia Seward Allen, the granddaughter of President Abraham Lincoln's Secretary of State William H. Seward Sr. The mountain was named in 1891 by a party of explorers headed by George Bird Grinnell that included Cornelia's brother, William Henry Seward III, a Yale University classmate of Grinnell.
Hooker Mountain is a 2,310-foot-tall (700 m) mountain in the Central New York region of New York. It is located in Otsego County northwest of the hamlet of Schenevus. In 1935, a 79-foot-6-inch-tall (24.23 m) fire tower was installed on the mountain by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The tower ceased operations at the end of 1970, and later sold and removed in 1975.

Peter K. Oberacker Jr. is an American businessman and politician. He is a member of the New York State Senate, representing, the 51st district. The boundaries of the 51st district changed following the 2020 United States redistricting cycle, and the district now includes portions of Broome, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan, and Ulster counties. First elected to the state senate in 2020, he succeeded the longtime incumbent James Seward, and assumed office in January 2021. Prior to becoming a state senator, he served in different local offices and helped launch the company FormTech Solutions.
