Shuchita Vyas (born 13 December 1986) is an Indian Playback Singer, Music Composer and Live Performer. Born in Guna, [1] Madhya Pradesh, she began performing at local gatherings and stage shows at the age of four. [2] She gained early recognition by winning Khelo Gaao Jeeto on DD National [3] and later participated in India's Got Talent (Season 2), [4] [5] judged by Kirron Kher, Sonali Bendre, and Sajid Khan.
Vyas has also collaborated with Annu Kapoor on Music Masti Dhoom on DD National. In a notable tribute to Ahmedabad's recognition as India's first World Heritage City, she and Devang Patel dedicated the song Amdavad Heritage Garbo. The song was featured at #8 in the Ahmedabad Times list [6] of Top 10 Best Singles. [7]
Expanding her musical portfolio, in 2018 Vyas wrote, composed, and performed her first single, Gupchup Batiya, which was released through Zee Music Company. [8] [9]
In 2019, she released the romantic Garba song Preet Navi Reet Ni, a pre-wedding number that beautifully traces a couple's romantic journey. The song, which blends traditional Garba rhythms with a love story, also features Shuchita in a glamorous avatar, showcasing both her vocals and screen presence. [10] [11]
In 2021, she released her Navratri special song Navrat, celebrating the festival with devotional energy and vibrant melodies. [12] The same year, on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, she released the single Shrinathji – Humare Aise Rasiya. The devotional track features Mansi Bisht in a soulful performance, while Sudhanshu Vyas and Kunal Vyas lent their voices, adding to the song's divine essence. [13]
In 2022 came up with a Hindi Single 'Bujhaade' [14] On September 29, Shuchita Vyas met the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. During the meeting, Modi praised her singing and extended his blessings by placing his hand on her head. [15]
In 2024, she released the Rajasthani folk song Kesariyo alongside Hussain Khan. Produced by Bhushan Kumar under the T-Series banner, the music video showcases the rich heritage and soulful melodies of Rajasthan, bringing its cultural essence to a global audience. [16]
She has also composed music and sung for full-length feature films, including the horror film 47 Dhansukh Bhawan [17] where singer Bhoomi Trivedi sung the song 'Shu Thai Che' under the music direction of Shuchita Vyas. The song is one of the five popular songs sung by Bhoomi Trivedi. [18] In the same film Shuchita sung the song 'Shu Thai Gayu'. [17] Then she composed music for a comedy film London Calling . [19] Along with Playback singing and Live shows, Shuchita is composing music regularly for various film projects. [20] [21]
Shuchita worked as a playback singer for the Hindi Television Series Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega where she sung the Title Track. In 2023 Shuchita sung for a Gujarati mystery thriller comedy film Gulaam Chor where she sung the title track of the film. In 2024 she came up with a single folk song 'Pyaro Madhya Pradesh'. [22]
Along with playback singing, she performs Live in Indian and abroad. [23] [24] [25] Shuchita Vyas has collaborated with singer Devang Patel since 2008, performing at Navratri events. In 2010, she undertook her first United States tour with Patel and has since performed internationally in countries including Australia, New Zealand, United States, [26] Singapore, China, Kenya, Angola, and United Arab Emirates.
