Sidi Al Kamel (Arabic : سيدي الكامل) is a small town and rural commune in Sidi Kacem Province of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region of Morocco. At the time of the 2004 census, the commune had a total population of 26,800 people living in 3678 households. [1]

Sidi Kacem is a province in the Moroccan economic region of Rabat-Salé-Kénitra. The capital is Sidi Kacem. Its population in 2004 was 692,239 and it recorded a population of 522,270 in the 2014 Moroccan census.
