Simen Matre Eriksrud (born 12 November 1975) is a Norwegian DJ, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as one half of the producing/songwriting duo Seeb, alongside Espen Berg, and a producer for several Norwegian artists. Simen is married to singer Simone Eriksrud.
He has produced Sie Gubba album Søndag e'det fæste, which was released in April 2002, and has been a songwriter and producer for Donkeyboy. He produced the song "Yes man", which was sung by Bjørn Johan Muri. He has also produced Ovi's "Playing with fire" and Maria Haukaas Storeng's on "Hold On Be Strong".
D'Sound is a Norwegian neo soul band based in Oslo, Norway. The band was formed in 1993 with a line-up composed of lead vocalist Simone Eriksrud, bassist Jonny Sjo and drummer Kim Ofstad. After Eriksrud's initial departure in 2018, the band announced that they would continue as a duo and collaborate with various international artists to provide vocals for future material. Bae Louie band member Mirjam Omdal joined in 2019 as a lead vocalist. Eriksrud returned to the band as a touring member in 2022.

Caught in a Life is Norwegian band Donkeyboy's debut album from October 2009. It was produced by Simen M Eriksrud and Espen Berg at Livingroom Studios, Oslo. It topped the Norwegian Albums Chart in the winter of 2009.
"Yes Man" is an English language hit single by Norwegian singer Bjørn Johan Muri, written by Simone Larsen, Simen Eriksrud, and Muri himself. The song took part in the Norwegian contest Melodi Grand Prix 2010, held to select the Norwegian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, finishing fourth in the final on 6 February 2010. It was released as a CD single in 2010 by TVR, TMC and AXR labels. Partly influenced by opera music, the track was written by Ovi and produced by Simen M. Eriksrud.
