The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) is a collegiate athletic conference whose full members are historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in the Southeastern and the Mid-Atlantic United States. Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium is an American football stadium in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serves as the home field of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks football team since its opening in 1938. The stadium was formerly known as Razorback Stadium since 1941 before the name of Donald W. Reynolds, an American businessman and philanthropist, was added in 2001. Jack Robert Lengyel is an American software executive and former college football coach, college lacrosse coach, and athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at the College of Wooster from 1966 to 1970 and at Marshall University from 1971 until 1974, compiling a career college football record of 33–54. At Marshall, he took over the Thundering Herd football program after the Southern Airways Flight 932 plane crash that killed nearly the entire team in 1970. Lengyel was the athletic director at California State University, Fresno from 1983 to 1986, at the University of Missouri from 1986 to 1988, and at the United States Naval Academy from 1988 to 2001. He served as the interim athletic director at Temple University in 2002, at Eastern Kentucky University from 2002 to 2003, and at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2004 to 2005.
Greg Byrne is the athletic director at the University of Alabama. Prior to this appointment, Byrne was the athletic director at the University of Arizona from 2010-2017, the athletic director at Mississippi State University from 2008–2010 after serving as associate athletic director for the preceding two years. Previously, Byrne held associate director of athletics positions at University of Kentucky, and Oregon State University.

Adele Cecilia "Ceal" Barry is an American retired basketball player and coach. She was head women's basketball coach at the University of Cincinnati from 1979 to 1983 and University of Colorado Boulder from 1983 to 2005. Barry was also a longtime college athletics administrator, having been associate athletic director and senior woman administrator at Colorado from 2005 to 2020 and interim athletic director at Colorado in 2013. She was inducted into the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame in 1997 and into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2018.
Daniel J. White is an American university sports administrator. He is the athletic director for the Tennessee Volunteers. White held the same position at the University at Buffalo from 2012 to 2015 and the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2021. Prior to his tenure at Buffalo, he was the senior associate athletic director for Ole Miss.

Wesley "Bart" Bellairs is an American former college basketball coach and college athletics administrator. He worked at the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) for fourteen years, including 11 season head coach of VMI Keydets basketball team, from 1994 to 2005. After three years of serving as the school's senior associate athletic director, Bellairs was the athletic director at Savannah State University from 2008 to 2009 and Southeastern Louisiana University from 2009 to 2013. He also coached baseball and cross country.
Ed McLaughlin is the current director of athletics for Virginia Commonwealth University. He previously served as athletic director for Niagara University from 2006 to 2012, and as an assistant athletic director at American University and Merrimack College prior to his tenure at Niagara. During his tenure at Niagara, he made the decision to eliminate the school's women's ice hockey program in 2012, as part of an effort to re-allocate resources towards starting a women's lacrosse team, per new Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference league rules. McLaughlin graduated from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in 1995, and American University with a master's degree in 2005. McLaughlin was named athletic director at Virginia Commonwealth University on July 24, 2012.
Mike Hermann is an American college athletics administrator currently serving as a senior associate athletic director for University of the Pacific. He previously served in a similar role at Norfolk State University and Old Dominion University. He previously served as athletic director for Niagara University from 1998 to 2006, at Towson University from 2006 to 2010, and at Kansas Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2019. In 2019, he was an Under Armour AD of the Year award recipient from the National Association of College Directors of Athletics (NACDA).
