Simon Cosmas, better known by his pen name Simon Rieber, is a Tanzanian visual artist, screenwriter, actor and author. [1] [2] He is recognized for his contributions to contemporary African visual storytelling and his involvement in international film projects. [3]

His writing credits include collaborations with Vic Sarin in the documentary The Boy From Geita [4] , senegalese thriller film Xalé [5] [6] he also contributed as a visual development artist in the science fiction comedy film Ron's Gone Wrong. [7] [8] Rieber has appeared in Night of the Kings as Christopher. [9] He is the author of King Masingonde: The Guardian of Chikoropola [10] and Safari Ya Irene. [11] [12]
