Sindhri is a taluka (administrative subdivision) in the District of Mirpurkhas, in the Sindh province of Pakistan. [1] [2] It is renowned for its agricultural productivity, especially for being the origin of the famous Sindhri mango, one of the most popular and sought-after mango varieties in Pakistan. Lake Manchar, also spelled Manchhar, is the largest natural freshwater lake in Pakistan, and is one of South Asia's largest. It is located west of the Indus River, in Jamshoro and Dadu districts of Sindh, 18 kilometres (11 mi) away from Sehwan. Lake Manchar collects water from numerous small streams in the Kirthar Mountains, and then empties into the Indus River. The lake's surface area fluctuates with the seasons, from as little as 36 km2, to as much as 500 km2 during monsoon rains.

The Imran Khan government was the Federal Cabinet of Pakistan from 20 August 2018 to 10 April 2022. It was formed by Imran Khan following general elections on 25 July 2018, which saw the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf come to power. The cabinet had 34 federal ministers, 7 ministers of state, 10 Advisers to the Prime Minister and 35 Special Assistants to the Prime Minister (SAPM), most of whom assumed office on 20 August 2018. Shaikh Ayaz University is a public university funded by the Government of Sindh in Shikarpur, Sindh, Pakistan. It was founded in 2018 and was named after renowned Sindhi poet Shaikh Ayaz. Former campus of Shah Abdul Latif University.

Farid Ahmad Khan is a Pakistani physician and plastic surgeon. He served as chairman, dean and principal at Sheikh Zayed Medical Institute Lahore from 2015 to 2018. He is a former Head of Plastic Surgery department at Services Institute of Medical Sciences, Lahore. He is currently a Member Higher Educucation Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. He is also a former registrar at King Edward Medical University. Khan is the founding president of the Pakistan Burn Association, from 2016 to 2018. He established the largest burn center in Punjab for poor patients in Mayo Hospital Lahore. He is also the first Pakistani surgeon to start Microvascular free flap Surgery, at Mayo hospital in 2000. During his tenure as Chairman of Shaikh Zayed hospital, Shaikh Zayed Hospital was the only public sector hospital in the province which had successfully completed more than 100 liver transplants and more than 800 kidney transplants.
