Siri Joy Freeh (born September 11, 1989) is an American radio host and former beauty pageant titleholder from Lake Park, Minnesota who was named Miss Minnesota 2012. [2] [3]

Biography

Winning the title of Miss Minnesota on June 16, 2012, Siri received her crown from outgoing titleholder Natalie Davis. [4] Freeh's platform is heart-health education, and her competition talent was dance. [5] Freeh is a senior in the University Honors Program at the University of Minnesota, majoring in nursing. [6] She intends to earn a doctorate degree and specialize in cardiovascular research. [7] She recently became a radio personality on Twin Cities News Talk, AM 1130 and hosts her on radio show, Saturdays with Siri. It is aired every Saturday from 12-2pm on Twin Cities News Talk, AM 1130. [8]

Miss National Sweetheart is a United States beauty pageant created in 1941 where runners-up from the Miss America state pageants are invited to Hoopeston, Illinois to compete for the title of Miss National Sweetheart, and the name of the title held by the winner of that pageant.

The Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant is a national scholarship competition for young women of African descent that was founded in 1986 by Karen Arrington. While Ms. Arrington has a long-standing history of hosting a national Miss Black USA Scholarship Pageant, her system has not been exclusive in doing so consecutively. As indicated by the chart below, there have been some years where "no pageant was held" by Ms. Arrington's State of Maryland organized non-profit, for example in years such as 1998, 1999 and 2000. Kelley Elizabeth Johnson is an American nurse, TV host and beauty pageant titleholder. In addition to being a Chief Nurse Advocate, she is also a doctoral student, keynote speaker and national spokeswoman. Kelly Johnson was also crowned Miss Colorado 2015 and placing 2nd runner-up at Miss America 2016. Johnson later won Miss California USA 2018. She placed in the top 10 at Miss USA 2018.

Miss USA 2023 will be the 72nd Miss USA pageant that will be held on the week of September 29, 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. Morgan Romano of North Carolina will crown her successor at the end of the event. The winner will go on to represent the United States at Miss Universe 2023 competition.
