Sobrenatural (English: Supernatural) is the Latin Grammy-nominated second / third studio album by Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Alexis & Fido released on January 8, 2008 by Sony BMG Latin. [1] The first single from the album is titled "5 Letras" and is produced by Doble A & Nales "Los Presidentes". Artists featured on the album are Ñejo & Dalmata, Toby Love, De La Ghetto, Voltio, Jadiel, Erick Right and Los Yetzons, a duo signed on to their Wild Dogz label. Doble A & Nales "Los Presidentes" produced the bulk of the album. Sobrenatural was nominated for a Lo Nuestro Award for Urban Album of the Year. [2]

Tour

The album was support by The Sobrenatural Tour, which started with the song "5 letras" and ended with the song "Sobrenatural." The show featured fire, screens, pyrotechnics and dancers plus DJ. Their opening act featured "Los Yetzon," a group of singers who were friends of them.

The song was produced by Luny Tunes, Tainy and Doble A & Nales and written by Gabriel Padilla. The song was featured in Mas Flow: Los Benjamins and is one of the most successful songs in the history of the genre. It is usually seen as a sequel to "Mayor Que Yo". "Noche de Entierro" features music instruments like flute, accordion, guitar, bass and electronic keyboard.

Alexis & Fido Puerto Rican reggaeton duo

Alexis & Fido, a.k.a. Los Pitbulls, Los Reyes Del Perreo, are a reggaeton duo from Puerto Rico. They are CEOs and co-founders of Wild Dogz Music. In 2008, Sobrenatural was nominated for Album Urbano. In 2012, "Energía" was nominated for Canción Urbana. In 2013, "Rompe La Cintura" was nominated for – Interpretación Urbana. Nominated for the 2014 awards, "Album Urbano" with La Esencia.

Aaron Pena, simply known as Doble A, was born in the Dominican Republic, but raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Anthony Calo Cotto, artistically known as Nales, was born and raised in Virginia, U.S., before moving to Puerto Rico when he was 15 years old. Doble A & Nales, both from the Mas Flow production team, form the producing duo Los Presidentes.

"Hasta Que Te Conocí" is a song written, produced, and performed by Mexican singer-songwriter Juan Gabriel. It was released in 1986 as the third single from his studio album Pensamientos. In the song, the protagonist learns the meaning of suffering after meeting a lover who mistreats him. It peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot Latin Song chart. A live version of the song was included on his album En el Palacio de Bellas Artes (1990) which peaked at number ten on the Hot Latin Songs chart.

Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy is the second studio album by Colombian singer Maluma, released on 30 October 2015, by Sony Music Latin. Work on the album lasted three years, during which Maluma collaborated with various songwriters and producers. Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy is a concept album meant to showcase the different facets of Maluma; the Pretty Boy side contains romantic balladry and the Dirty Boy consisting of reggaeton-infused seductive songs. Rakim & Ken-Y is a reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (Rakim) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). The artists are renowned in the Latin music world for being the first to successfully fuse mainstream pop music with the reggaeton street rhythms of Puerto Rico and expose the style to a wide international audience. The sound introduced by Rakim & Ken-Y would go on to inspire the pop reggaeton songs of successful acts such as CNCO, J Balvin and Maluma. The duo had a very successful career with the Spanish speaking audience of Latin America, the United States and Spain until their separation in 2013. In June 2017, the duo announced their official return by Pina Records. In Mid 2020 the Duo have confirmed that the Duo have separated and are currently working on their solo projects.
