The Pitbulls is the debut album by reggaeton duo Alexis & Fido. It was released on November 15, 2005. [3] Featured guests on the album are Mr. Phillips, Héctor el Father, Baby Rasta, Zion & Lennox, Trébol Clan, Tony Sunshine and Baby Ranks. Nesty la Mente Maestra and Víctor el Nasi produced the bulk of the album.

In doing so, it introduced the world not only to the musical style itself in album format, but also to Luny Tunes, the production duo who would quickly become one of reggaeton's best known producers. The mixtape nature of Mas Flow helped introduce a host of notable reggaeton vocalists in the process, including Daddy Yankee, Don Omar, Tego Calderón, Wisin & Yandel, Héctor & Tito, Nicky Jam, Baby Ranks, Zion & Lennox, and others. David Luciano Acosta, known professionally as Baby Ranks, is a Puerto Rican and Dominican reggaeton artist. He has co-billing on the Luny Tunes album Mas Flow 2, and sings on multiple tracks including the single "Mayor Que Yo". The album ranked #5 on the Billboard year-end Latin Album Chart, #7 on the year-end Tropical Album Chart, and #9 on the Reggae Album Chart, for the year 2005. "Mayor Que Yo" won Reggaeton Song of the Year at the 2006 Latin Billboard Music Awards.

Nova & Jory were a reggaeton duo. Nova was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and Jory was born in Carolina, Puerto Rico. They started their career in 2003 and were signed to Loud Music at the time of their split. Their debut and only album Mucha Calidad, which after a couple setbacks and push dates, was officially released on July 12, 2011. In October 2012 they announced they had split amicably. Both artists are now pursuing independent solo careers.
