SONGS -Teen's Collection- is a compilation album of Younha's Japanese singles. The album includes two new songs, "Scratch On The Heart" and "Kono Kokoro", and a Japanese version of "Secret Number 486", Younha's hit single from her debut Korean album The Perfect Day to Say I Love You .
