South Elgin High School (SEHS), opened August 24, 2005, is a four-year high school located in South Elgin, Illinois, a northwest suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Elgin Area School District U46. The school is located on property formerly owned by the Kenyon Brothers Dairy Farms. [2]

Beacon Academy of Media & Digital Arts

The Beacon Academy of Media & Digital Arts is a 4-year program offered to students at South Elgin High School. [3] It has been recognized as a nationally-certified magnet school. The four-year program prepares students to become skillful and successful media makers in the areas of audio and video production, broadcast journalism, webcasting, and web design. [4]

The average class size in 2017 was 21.8 students. 77.6% of students enrolled in a college or university at 12 months. 358 seniors were enrolled in advanced coursework. [5]

McHenry High School School in the United States

McHenry High School (MCHS) is a four-year public high school located in McHenry, Illinois, a far northwestern suburb of Chicago, Illinois. It is part of McHenry Community High School District 156, which operates two separate campuses: the Freshman Campus and the Upper Campus. The Freshman Campus, established in 1924, currently enrolls 9th-grade students. The Upper Campus, established in 1968, enrolls 10th through 12th-grade students.
