Some conferences have schools in multiple regions, and will be listed in all applicable regions. However, the conference information is on the region page where the most schools are classified in.
Amelia High School was a public high school in the West Clermont Local School District in Clermont County, Ohio. It had an average daily student enrollment of approximately 1,100 in 2012. It held an "excellent" rating from the Ohio Department of Education. Amelia and Glen Este high schools closed after the 2016-17 school year and were replaced by a newly built West Clermont High School. Amelia and Glen Este middle schools were consolidated into the West Clermont Middle School on the former Amelia High School/Middle School property.
Westland High School is a public high school located in Galloway, Ohio. It is one of 4 high schools in the South-Western City Schools District. SWCS is located in the southwestern portion of Franklin County in Columbus, Ohio. Westland High School was opened in 1970.
Manchester High School is a public high school located in New Franklin, Ohio about 12 miles south of Akron. It is part of the Manchester Local School District in the southwestern corner of Summit County, Ohio. The mascot of Manchester is the panther, usually depicted as a black panther, and the school colors are red and black. The principal of the school is Scott Ross. The school competes in the Pac-7 Conference.
South High School is a public high school in Willoughby, Ohio. It is one of two high schools in the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. The school was created when the Willoughby Union High School was split into South High and North High School.
Wickliffe High School was a public high school in Wickliffe, Ohio. In 2023, the building was demolished to make room for a new K-12 combined campus on the former high school grounds.

Miami Trace High School is a public high school near Washington Court House, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Miami Trace Local School District. Their mascot is the Panthers. The Miami Trace Local School District serves parts of Washington Court House while also serving the residents in almost every other area in Fayette County as well as small areas in Clinton County near Sabina and Madison County. Miami Trace is a member of the Frontier Athletic Conference (FAC) composed of Chillicothe, Jackson, Hillsboro, Washington Court House, and McClain. Miami Trace holds strong backgrounds in football, and has built a strong reputation in Girls' Basketball and Wrestling in recent past. Miami Trace has one of the top FFA chapters in Ohio.
River Valley High School is a public high school near Bidwell, in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is one of two high schools in the Gallia County Local School District, the other school being South Gallia High School. Their nickname is the Raiders. The school has been rated "Excellent" two years in a row on the state report card making it one of the highest ranked schools within several counties. In August 2009 the current RVHS facility was officially opened, taking the place of the previous RVHS located in nearby Cheshire. The new location places River Valley High School just a short distance from its main feeder school, River Valley Middle School. The 2009–10 school year was the first to take place in the new building, with the Class of 2010 being the first class to graduate, and the Class of 2013 being the first to complete all four years of their secondary education at the new building.
Gallia Academy High School (GAHS) is a public high school near Gallipolis at Centenary, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Gallipolis City School District. The boys' sports teams are known as the Blue Devils, while the girls' teams are called the Blue Angels.

The Tri-Valley Conference (TVC) is a 13-member high school athletic conference located in southeastern Ohio. The 13 Ohio high school conference members are affiliated with the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA). The conference is divided into two divisions based on school size. The Ohio Division features the larger schools and the Hocking Division features the smaller schools.
Mercerville is an unincorporated community in Gallia County in southern Ohio, approximately seven miles (11 km) north of Crown City and 25 miles (40 km) northeast of Huntington, West Virginia, near the easternmost corner of Wayne National Forest and roughly five miles (8.0 km) west of the Ohio River, where Ohio borders West Virginia. Mercerville sits along State Route 218 (SR 218) near its intersection with SR 790. It is home to South Gallia High School, one of only three high schools in the entire county, and nearby Hannan Trace Elementary School.

Hannan Trace High School was a public high school located on the edge of Mercerville, at the intersection of Hannan Trace and Mercerville roads in Gallia County, Ohio (US). It replaced Mercerville High School in 1956 and was in turn replaced by River Valley High School in 1992. HTHS had a Crown City zip code since Mercerville lacks a post office.
Southwestern High School was a public high school located near the village of Patriot, Ohio. It opened in 1965 and closed in 1992 when it was consolidated into River Valley High School.
