The legislative districts of Leyte are the representations of the province of Leyte, the independent component city of Ormoc, and highly urbanized city of Tacloban in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province, together with the independent cities are currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through their first, second, third, fourth, and fifth congressional districts.

The province is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first and second congressional districts.

Ilocos Norte's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Ilocos Norte. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the provincial capital city of Laoag and adjacent municipalities of Adams, Bacarra, Bangui, Burgos, Carasi, Dumalneg, Pagudpud, Pasuquin, Piddig, Sarrat and Vintar. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Sandro Marcos of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Carl Cari of the Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. Previously included in Camarines Norte's at-large congressional district, it includes the eastern half of the province, bordering Camarines Sur. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Rosemarie C. Panotes of the Lakas–CMD.

Antipolo's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Antipolo and one of four in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2004. The district consists of the eastern Antipolo barangays of Calawis, Cupang, Dalig, Inarawan, San Jose, San Juan, San Luis and San Roque. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Romeo Acop of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Caloocan's 2nd congressional district, also known as South Caloocan district, is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Caloocan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the entire South Caloocan barangays south of Circumferential Road 4 : Barangays 5 to 76 in Zones 1 to 7 and Barangays 86 to 131 in Zones 8 to 11. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mary Mitzi Cajayon-Uy of Lakas–CMD.
Zamboanga Sibugay's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zamboanga Sibugay. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created after the 2006 reapportionment that divided the province into two congressional districts. The district is composed of the provincial capital, Ipil, and the western municipalities of Kabasalan, Naga, Roseller Lim, Siay, Titay and Tungawan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Antonieta Eudela of the Lakas–CMD.
Cagayan de Oro's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in Cagayan de Oro. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created by the 2007 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in the same year. The district is composed of all barangays located west of the Cagayan River and includes the city's southern barangays bordering the mountains of Talakag and Iligan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lordan Suan of the Lakas-CMD and Padayon Pilipino.
South Cotabato's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of South Cotabato. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers its southern municipalities of Polomolok, Tampakan and Tupi, and, until 2022, the independent city of General Santos. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Isidro Lumayag of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas.
Biliran's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Biliran. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Biliran had been a sub-province of Leyte since 1959 and was last represented as part of Leyte's 3rd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and earlier from 1961 to 1972, the multi-member Region VIII's at-large district in the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, and the multi-member Leyte's at-large district in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerardo Espina Jr. of Lakas–CMD.
Southern Leyte's 2nd legislative district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Southern Leyte. The district has been represented in the lower house of the Congress since 2022. It is composed of municipalities of Sogod, Libagon, Liloan, San Francisco, Pintuyan, San Ricardo, Saint Bernard, Anahawan, San Juan, Hinunangan, Hinundayan and Silago. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Christopherson Yap of the Lakas-CMD, who is the first representative of district since its creation.
