Early life

Ferdinand Umeh, known by his stage name Specs Gonzalez, was born in London, England on April 25th, 1986. He was raised in Barnsbury Estate. From a young age, he showed an interest in performing arts and sports, often entertaining friends and family with his comedic antics.[ citation needed ]

Career

Umeh started his career as a P.E. teacher. [6] During his early days, Umeh was a member of the grime collective Aftershock Lordz, collaborating with Tinie Tempah. He also works for Sky Sports. He began posting to his TikTok account in February 2021. [7] As a creator, Umeh combines his self-deprecating humor, surreal takes, and British pop-culture references.
