Spirit Animal is the third studio album by the space rock band Zombi. It was released in 2009 on Relapse Records. Alongside the synthesizer sounds of the group's previous recordings, Zombi utilizes electric guitar instrumentation for the first time on this album.

<i>Passionworks</i> 1983 studio album by Heart

Passionworks is the seventh studio album by American rock band Heart. It was released on August 20, 1983, by Epic Records. The album marks a shift in musical direction from hard rock and folk to mainstream rock. It is the first Heart album to feature Denny Carmassi and Mark Andes, who had replaced longtime members Mike Derosier and Steve Fossen. Passionworks was the band's final album with Epic Records before their comeback-fueled move to Capitol Records. It reached number 39 on the US Billboard 200. The album's lead single, "How Can I Refuse?", peaked at number 44 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart for one week. The second single, Allies, peaked at number 83 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Maserati (band) Band

Maserati is a band formed in 2000 in Athens, Georgia. Originally conceived as exclusively instrumental, the band's sound later shifted towards psychedelic rock, synth rock, and even moments of techno. Their sound is often characterized by soaring guitar hooks and a driving rhythm section interlaced with synthesizers and electronic elements. They are currently signed to Temporary Residence Limited, based in Brooklyn, New York.

"She Believes in Love Again" is a song written by Bruce Johnston for the American rock band The Beach Boys. It was released on their 1985 album The Beach Boys. The song was re-recorded during the That's Why God Made the Radio sessions but was not included on the final track list.

Zombi is an American rock duo from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, consisting of Steve Moore on bass and synthesizers and Anthony Paterra on drums. The group makes use of looping to create multi-layered compositions. They have toured with Don Caballero, Isis, Orthrelm, The Psychic Paramount, Daughters, Red Sparowes, These Arms Are Snakes, Trans Am, and Goblin.

Neon Trees American rock band

Animal Collective

Animal Collective is an American experimental pop band formed in Baltimore, Maryland in 2003. Its members and founders are Avey Tare, Panda Bear, Deakin, and Geologist. The band's music is characterized by studio experimentation, vocal harmonies, and an exploration of various genres which include freak folk, noise rock, ambient drone, and psychedelia. Records released under the name "Animal Collective" may include contributions from any or all of its members. In the case of Dibb, who often takes breaks from recording and performing with the band, his time off does not constitute full leave.

<i>Taking a Cold Look</i> 1983 studio album by i-Ten

Taking a Cold Look is the sole studio album by i-Ten, a short-lived project formed of the songwriting duo Tom Kelly and Billy Steinberg, released in 1983. The album is typical of album-oriented rock and the duo worked with a number of famous rock musicians: Steve Lukather, David Paich and Steve Porcaro from Toto, Richard Page and Mike Baird from Journey. The album was reissued on CD in June 2000 by Rewind Records and then in February 2009 by Rock Candy.
