St Mary, Our Lady of Victories Church is Roman Catholic Parish Church in Dundee, Scotland. It was built from 1850 and opened in 1851, twenty-seven years before the Restoration of the Scottish hierarchy. It is situated on Forebank Road, close to Ann Street. It is a Romanesque Revival church and a category B listed building. [1]
Building work started on the church in 1850. In 1851, it was opened. The architect for the church was George Mathewson. He designed it to be in the style of Byzantine-Romanesque architecture. [1]
From 1900 to 1901, the two towers and a narthex were added to the front of the church. They were designed by Thomas M. Cappon and built by William G. Lamond in the Art Nouveau style. In 1926, additions were made to the church, these were designed by Reginald Fairlie. These additions included multiple side chapels. [1] [2]
The church also serves St Patrick's Church in the city. St Patrick's Church is situated on Arthurstone Terrace in the Stobswell area of the city, built from 1897 to 1899, was also designed by Thomas Martin Cappon and is a category B listed building. [3] St Patrick's has one Sunday Mass at 9:30am. [4]

St John's Roman Catholic High School is a secondary school in Dundee, Scotland. St Michael and St John the Evangelist Church is a Roman Catholic parish church in Clitheroe, Lancashire, England. It is situated on Lowergate road close to the centre of the town. It was endowed in 1799 by the Catholic philanthropist Thomas Weld and staffed by members of the Society of Jesus. When the original building became St Michael and St John's Catholic Primary School in 1850, the church moved next-door to the school. The church is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.
The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption is a Roman Catholic church in Englefield Green, Surrey. It is situated on St Cuthbert's Close and faces Harvest Road in the older side of the village close to Egham Hill. It was built from 1930 to 1931 and designed by Joseph Goldie. Although the church is not a listed building, English Heritage, in two separate reports, stated "this is a thumping great church" and "many churches were being built in the Romanesque style in the 1930s ... but Goldie's church is better composed and more competently detailed than most."

St Peter's Roman Catholic Church is a large mid-nineteenth century church in Buckie, Moray, Scotland. Known locally as the Buckie Cathedral, it was built between 1851 and 1857, soon after the emancipation of Catholics in Scotland, to provide a place of worship for the local Catholic congregation. It was designed by James Kyle, Catholic bishop of Aberdeen, and built on land donated to the diocese by Sir William Gordon, Baronet of Letterfourie. It was extended and redecorated in the early twentieth century by Charles Ménart, and was designated a Category A listed building in 1972. It remains an active place of worship, under the governance of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Aberdeen.
St. Mary's Church, Belfast is a Grade B-1 listed Roman Catholic church located in Chapel Lane/Smithfield area of Belfast, Northern Ireland. A church was opened on this site in May 1784 and thus it is the mother church for the city of Belfast. At the time, it was the only Roman Catholic church in the then town of Belfast after the relaxation of some of the Penal Laws. The church grounds contain an undistinguished grotto dedicated to Our Lady of Lourdes. Until 2022 St. Mary's was a mensal parish of the Diocese of Down and Connor.
St Mary's Monastery is an ecumenical Christian spirituality and retreat centre in Kinnoull, Perth, Scotland. It was built in 1868 by the Redemptorists. Until 1971, it also served as a novitiate for the Redemptorists. In 1870, the church and shrine, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, was built within the grounds. It is located on Hatton Road, to the east of Kinnoull, on the edge of Kinnoull Hill, overlooking the city of Perth. The building has been registered as a category B listed building by Historic Environment Scotland, and was the first Roman Catholic monastery established in Scotland since the Reformation.
St Joseph's Church is a Roman Catholic Parish church in Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It was built from 1893 to 1895 and designed by Edward Joseph Hansom, Archibald Matthias Dunn and W. Ellison Fenwicke in the Gothic Revival style. It is located on the corner of Hutton Avenue and St Paul's Road close to the centre of Hartlepool. It is a Grade II listed building. It is also close to an Anglican Church called St Paul's Church.
