Stary Zamość (Polish pronunciation: [ˈstarɨˈzamɔɕt͡ɕ] ) is a village in Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Stary Zamość. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Zamość and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin. [1]
