Staut is a Norwegian rock, folk and pop band from Valdres, Oppland that was founded in 2009 with efforts of songwriter Ørnulf Juvkam Dyve using many times the local dialect with Gaute Ausrød as band vocalist. The 6-member band performs a mixed version of rock, folk, pop and country owing to the varied origins of its members. The band has released six albums to date, Staut in 2010 heavily touring in 2011 for its promotion and the follow-up album Eigarlaus in 2012 reaching number 2 in the Norwegian Albums Chart, Stugureint in 2013 that peaked at number 1 in its first week of release, St. Peppersby in 2014, Ja in 2017 and Makalaus in 2019.

Motorpsycho Norwegian rock band from Trondheim

Motorpsycho is a Norwegian rock band from Trondheim. Their music can generally be defined as progressive or psychedelic rock, but they also mix in elements from alternative, jazz, post-rock, pop, country and many other musical styles. The members of the band are Bent Sæther, Hans Magnus "Snah" Ryan and Tomas Järmyr (drums). Until March 2005, Håkon Gebhardt was the band's drummer. The band was put together by Sveinung Sundli in 2000 and originally consisted of his little sister Gunnhild Sundli (vocals), Gjermund Landrø, Martin Langlie (drums) and Magnus Robot Børmark. Langlie was replaced by Kenneth Kapstad in 2004.

Kvelertak

Kvelertak is a Norwegian heavy metal band from Stavanger, formed in 2007. The group comprises vocalist Ivar Nikolaisen, guitarists Vidar Landa, Bjarte Lund Rolland and Maciek Ofstad, bassist Marvin Nygaard and drummer Håvard Takle Ohr. Highasakite

Oslo Ess is a Norwegian rock/punk band from Moss with Åsmund Lande as vocalist/guitarist, Peter Larsson on guitar and Knut-Oscar Nymo on bass. Lande and Larsson used to play in another formation and launched the band. Although Oslo Ess doesn't have a permanent drummer, a number of drummers have played with the band including Håvard Takle Ohr, Steffen Skau Linnert, Tommy Akerholdt, Kim Akerholdt and Mads Golden.

Hekla Stålstrenga is a Norwegian folk and folk rock band specializing in North Norwegian traditional music. It was formed in 2008 as a duo by fiddler Ragnhild Furebotten and guitarist Tore Bruvoll. They had their first recording as a duo, for which they were nominated during Spellemannprisen, the Norwegian Grammies, for "Best folk music band". Julie Bergan is a Norwegian singer and songwriter born in Skien, Norway. Bergan started releasing covers on YouTube at the age of 16, eventually signing a record deal with Warner Music Norway in 2013. In 2015 she attained mainstream success with her single All Hours, crossing borders to Denmark and Germany, before breaking though in her native Norway in 2016 with Arigato peaking at number one. Bergans major-label debut album Turn on the Light was released in 2018. She returned to the number one spot in 2018 on VG-lista after collaborating with K-391, Alan Walker and Seungri on "Ignite".

XIII is the thirteenth studio album by the Norwegian hard rock band TNT, released on June 8, 2018. It is the first TNT album with the band's fourth lead vocalist Baol Bardot Bulsara, who officially joined in November 2017.
