Steamboat Springs High School, nicknamed "Home of the Sailors," is a high school located at 45 E. Maple Street in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, United States. [2]

In 2014, it had 626 students in grades 9–12, and 41 teachers . [3] The student body was half male and half female, and minority enrollment was 12 percent. [3]

The school includes many clubs and groups, such as Science Olympiad, French and Spanish Clubs, Math Club, Interact, Future Business Leaders of America, Drama Troupe, Gnosis Magazine, Fly Fishing Club, and Knowledge Bowl.

Steamboat Willie is a 1928 American animated short film directed by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks. It was produced in black and white by Walt Disney Studios and was released by Pat Powers, under the name of Celebrity Productions. The cartoon is considered the debut of both Mickey and Minnie Mouse, although both characters appeared several months earlier in a test screening of Plane Crazy.
