Stephanie Valin (born July 6, 1987) is a water polo player from Canada. She was born in Montreal, Quebec.

She was a member of the Canada women's national water polo team at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships, [1] [2] 2013 World Aquatics Championships, [3] and at the 2015 Pan American Games. [4]

She then went on to graduate from the University of Michigan in 2005, where she was the goalkeeper for the women's water polo team. Betsey graduated with a bachelor's degree in English language and Literature. She is currently the record holder at University of Michigan with 350 saves.

Water polo competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto was held from July 7 to 15 at the Markham Pan Am Centre in Markham. The water polo competitions was the first sporting event to be conducted at the games, beginning three days before the opening ceremony. This is because the Pan American Games were scheduled to be held roughly around the same time as the 2015 World Aquatics Championships scheduled for Kazan, Russia, thus the competition was moved forward to allow for a sufficient gap between the two events. A total of eight men's and women's teams competed in each respective tournament.

The first through fourth-place finishing teams qualified for the 2016 Women's Water Polo Olympic Games Qualification Tournament to be held in Gouda, Netherlands.
