Steve Kouplen (born February 5,1951) is an American politician who served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 24th district from 2008 to 2018. [1] [2]
On November 6,2018,he was defeated by Republican Logan Phillips. [3]
On January 20,2022,Kouplen was appointed the executive director of the USDA's Farm Service Agency in Oklahoma. [4]
