Stichtsche Cricket en Hockey Club, commonly known as SCHC, is a Dutch professional sports club based in Bilthoven, Utrecht. The club was founded on 22 November 1906. The club is best known for its field hockey department but it also has a rugby union and a cricket section.

Contents

The first men's hockey team played in de the second division until the 2020–21 season called the Promotieklasse after being relegated in the 2018–19 season. While the women's team has played on the highest level since 2004.

David Harte is an Ireland men's field hockey international. He captained Ireland at both the 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2018 Men's Hockey World Cup. He was also a member of the Ireland team that won the bronze medal at the 2015 Men's EuroHockey Nations Championship. At club level, he was a member of the SV Kampong team that won the 2015–16 Euro Hockey League. He was head coach of the Netherlands U21 team that won the 2017 Men's EuroHockey Junior Championship. Between 2018 and 2019, Cox served as head coach of the Ireland men. Pinoké, also known as de Steekneuzen, is a Dutch field hockey club based in Amstelveen. It was founded on 23 January 1929, making it the second oldest hockey club in 'het Amsterdamse Bos'. Both the men's and the women's 1st XI compete in the Hoofdklasse Hockey, country's top-tier league.

The 2022–23 Women's Hoofdklasse Hockey was the 42nd season of the Women's Hoofdklasse Hockey, the top Dutch field hockey league. The season began on 3 September 2022 and concluded on 29 May 2023 with the third match of the championship final.
