Yibbi Jansen (born 18 November 1999) is a Dutch professional field hockey player. She began playing for HC Den Bosch and moved to Oranje-Rood in Eindhoven in 2016. [3]
Jansen made her debut for the Netherlands national team on 27 January 2018, at the age of eighteen, in a match against the United States. [4] [5] [1] She is the daughter of former field hockey goalkeeper Ronald Jansen. [6]
Jansen represented the Netherlands at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, finishing as the leading scorer in the women's tournament and winning the tournament's gold medal. [7]

The Australia women's national field hockey team are, as of August 2023, ranked second in the world. Having played their first game in 1914, and their first Olympic game in 1984, they are one of Australia's most successful sporting teams, boasting three Olympic gold medals, two World Cup gold medals and four Commonwealth Games gold medals.
