Stylorouge is a graphic design studio based in Yalding, Kent, formed in London by creative director Rob O'Connor [1] in 1981. [2]

Art work created by the studio has included record sleeve designs for bands such as Siouxsie and the Banshees for their 1981's Once Upon a Time: The Singles compilation vinyl which was certified gold, Enya, Blur [2] (it designed the band's first logo, and was still working with them in 2013), [3] The Cure, [2] Gary Glitter, Morrissey, [2] The Sisters of Mercy, [2] Stereophonics, Killing Joke, Sandie Shaw, Adam Ant, Catatonia, Jesus Jones, Squeeze, Crowded House, Dr John, Simple Minds, Sarah Brightman and Menswear. It was also responsible for the design and art direction of the original posters for the British film Trainspotting , [4] dubbed "some of the most iconic and memorable [film posters] of all time", [5] and which inspired the poster by PolyGram for the sequel, Trainspotting 2. [6] The studio was also credited with adding the exclamation point to the name of then teenage band Wham. [7]

In 2012, an exhibition called Dream in Colour at the Aubin Gallery in London celebrated Stylorouge's thirtieth anniversary. [2] [7]

Irvine Welsh's Ecstasy is a 2011 Canadian film adaptation of the short story "The Undefeated" from the best-selling book Ecstasy by Irvine Welsh. William Neal, is an English artist painter and graphic designer who achieved international recognition after working for the English progressive rock band Emerson, Lake & Palmer. During the last 10 years, and alongside his watercolour work, William has produced a series of large abstract paintings complemented by musical compositions written specially for the works by himself and other collaborators. Leonard Beaumont

Leonard Beaumont (1891–1986) was an English printmaker, graphic designer, illustrator and publisher. He was one of the earliest exponents of the new art of linocut printmaking in Britain during the early 1930s. He was one of a small group of progressive and highly regarded printmakers who exhibited at the Redfern and Ward Galleries in central London. Whilst working in relative isolation in Yorkshire, most of his contemporaries were linked in some way to the Grosvenor School of Modern Art, located in Pimlico, London.

Drew Struzan is an American artist, illustrator, and cover designer known for his more than 150 movie posters, which include The Shawshank Redemption, Blade Runner, Mallrats, as well as films in the Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, and Star Wars film series. He has also painted album covers, collectibles, and book covers.

Ahmed Emad Eldin Egyptian digital artist

Ahmed Emad Eldin is an Egyptian digital artist who came to prominence as the designer of the sleeve of Pink Floyd's 2014 album The Endless River. In 2015, Emad Eldin was chosen by Adobe for their "25 Under 25" list. Emad Eldin has been described as "an acclaimed digital artist and photo manipulator whose work has been displayed all over, from museums to the sleeve of Pink Floyd's album The Endless River" and who "has made a name for himself in the global digital art space" often producing "commercial work" though "much of his artwork comes from his own dreams." Emad Eldin is an Oniros Film Awards winner. His work has been part of exhibitions, including the "Bad Consumers" exhibition at Doge's Palace, Genoa and "Kahlil Gibran: Guide for our Times" at Sotheby's Gallery in London, "featuring nine Egyptian artists, along with 38 others from across the Middle East."

Tom Hingston British graphic designer

Tom Hingston is a British graphic designer and creative director working in London. He is most well known for his collaborative design work with musicians, both as cover and promotional art as well as music videos.
