Sultan Ismail Petra Bridge (Malay : Jambatan Sultan Ismail Petra) is a second bridge in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia crossing Kelantan River after Sultan Yahya Petra Bridge. It is located between Tendong in Pasir Mas and Kampung Chabang Tiga Pendek in Kota Bharu. The construction of the four lane bridge began in 2001 and was completed in 2003. The bridge was officially opened on 15 September 2003 by the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Ismail Petra ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra.

Sultan Ismail Petra ibni Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra was the 28th Sultan of Kelantan and the 11th Sultan of Modern Kelantan who reigned from 30 March 1979 to 13 September 2010. He succeeded on the death of his father, Sultan Yahya Petra. He was succeeded by his eldest son, Sultan Muhammad V who ascended to the throne on 13 September 2010 after Sultan Ismail Petra was incapacitated. Sultan Ismail Petra died at the Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital in Kota Bharu on 28 September 2019, aged 69, after 10 years of suffering from a massive stroke and was buried at the Kelantan Royal Mausoleum.

The Sultan Yahya Petra Bridge is a major bridge in Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia crossing Kelantan River. Construction began in 1965 and was completed in 1967, by renowned builder Kien Huat Private Limited, a family firm of Tan Sri Lim Goh Tong. It was opened on 1967 by the late Sultan of Kelantan. Almarhum Sultan Yahya Petra ibni Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim. The bridge was originally a toll bridge making the first toll bridge in Malaysia.
