Sundaattam is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language gangster film written and directed by Brahma G. Dev. Irfan plays the hero and the newfound Arundhati as heroine. Britto Michael has composed the music and Achu of Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathilaey fame, the background score. [1] Sundattam is a film based on Carrom gambling in Royapuram area in North Madras. [2] The film, which is based on a real-life incident set in the backdrop of Chennai in the 1990s, released on 8 March 2013. [3]

Sify wrote "On the whole, Sundattam is not entirely unwatchable". [5] Moviecrow wrote "Sundattam could have been a better game, if the director had focused more on the central plot and strengthened it". [6] The New Indian Express wrote "Unlike Striker, Sundattam just doesn’t strike the right chord". [7] Behindwoods wrote "On the whole, Sundattam doesn’t keep you glued, but the rawness might attract few eyes." [8]

Netru Indru is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language action film, directed by Padmamagan, a filmmaker who earlier directed Pallavan and the R. Parthiban-starrer Ammuvagiya Naan. Prasanna and Vimal, along with Richard Rishi and Bharani of Naadodigal fame, played the lead roles, while Arundhati and Manochitra were the female leads. Rehhan scored the music for the film, while Dinesh Sre was the cinematographer and C. S. Prem was the editor. Shot entirely in forests of South India, Netru Indru draws a parallel between events happened in the past and ones that happens in the present in the forest. Produced by S. Malathy, it was expected to hit the screens in August 2013, but it did not release on the projected release date but after several delays in June 2014.

Thani Oruvan is the soundtrack album for the 2015 Tamil film of the same name starring Jayam Ravi, Arvind Swamy and Nayanthara and directed by Mohan Raja. The album has five songs in total, all of them being composed by Hiphop Tamizha, and also wrote four out of five tracks, with Mohan Raja penning one of the tracks from the album. It is Hiphop Tamizha's third feature film as a composer, after Aambala and Indru Netru Naalai. The film, which marked the 100th production of Thenandal Studio Limited, has a soundtrack album features four tracks composed by A. R. Rahman, in his first collaboration with Atlee and his third collaboration with Vijay after composing for Udhaya (2004) and Azhagiya Tamizh Magan (2007), whilst Vivek penned the lyrics for all the songs in the film's soundtrack, also in his first association with Rahman.

Asuran (transl. Demon) is the soundtrack album composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar for the 2019 Indian Tamil-language film of the same name written and directed by Vetrimaaran, which stars Dhanush and Manju Warrier. The soundtrack album which had seven songs written by Ekadesi, Yugabharathi, Eknath and Arunraja Kamaraj, was consisted to be a mix of raw folk elements with the approach of international music and had begun production during March 2019 and completed within that August. The soundtrack album was launched on 2 September 2019, at Prasad Studios in Chennai, with a simultaneous release through YouTube and digital platforms. The album received mostly positive reviews from critics and audience and fetched accolades at various ceremonies.
