Saindhavi (born 3 January 1989) is an Indian carnatic vocalist and playback singer. She has been performing since the age of 12. [1]

Saindhavi married her schoolmate, composer G. V. Prakash Kumar, on 27 June 2013 in Chennai, India. They were in a relationship for 12 years before their wedding. [2] The couple have a daughter. [3] They announced their separation on 13 May 2024 after 11 years of marriage. [4] [5] [6]

In Telugu, she sang "Maamidi kommaki" in Sekhar Kammula's film Avakai Biryani , "Yedho" in Sasirekha Parinayam, "Premadesam Yuvarani" in Shakti (along with Hemachandra), Sutiga Choodaku in Ishq, a Telugu movie. The soundtrack album consists of 9 songs all of them were penned by lyricists Snehan, Yugabharathi, Vivek, Arunraja Kamaraj, Ekadesi, Maya Mahalingam and Arivu. The soundtrack album was released digitally on 24 July 2020, through the Sony Music India record label.

Ranjith and produced by Studio Green and Neelam Productions, starring Vikram, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Malavika Mohanan, Daniel Caltagirone, Pasupathy and Hari Krishnan. The album featured five songs with lyrics written by Umadevi, Arivu and Mounan Yathrigan. The album, preceded by two singles, released under the Junglee Music label on 11 August 2024 to positive reviews from critics.

Lucky Baskhar (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album to the 2024 Telugu-language period crime drama film of the same name directed by Venky Atluri and produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments, Srikara Studios and Fortune Four Cinemas, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Meenakshi Chaudhary. The album featured three songs composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar with lyrics written by Sri Mani and Ramajogayya Sastry. The album was released under the Aditya Music label on 11 November 2024.
