"Scatman's World" is a song by American singer Scatman John, released in June 1995 as the second single from his album of the same name (1995). Co-written by John, the song was the follow-up to the international hit "Scatman " and reached number-one in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary and Spain. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it became John's second number-one hit in August 1995. Its music video was directed by Zowie Broach.
"Hyper Hyper" is a song by German band Scooter, released in May 1994 as the first single from their debut album, ... and the Beat Goes On! (1995). It was sold in three versions: two of the versions had the same track listings, but different covers. The song was one of the most successful dance hits of 1994. The original "Hyper Hyper" quotes were taken from Ultra-Sonic's 1993 track "Annihilating Rhythm ", licensed to Low Spirit Records/Polydor. Ultra-Sonic receive a "big shout" in the lyrics of the song, as do a further thirty DJs who were popular in Germany in the mid-1990s.
"Do What's Good for Me" is a song Belgian-Dutch Eurodance band 2 Unlimited, released in October 1995 via Byte and ZYX Records as the first single from the band's first greatest hits compilation album, Hits Unlimited (1995). Co-written by bandmembers Anita Dels and Ray Slijngaard, the song was a hit in Europe, reaching the top 10 in Finland and Spain. Its music video was directed by Nigel Simpkiss.
"Move Your Ass!" is a song by German band Scooter, released in January 1995 as the second single from their first studio album, ...and the Beat Goes On! (1995). In October of the same year, a Move Your Ass EP was marketed in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This rave song was a hit in countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland where it reached the top ten. In France, the song reached number 11.
"Heaven Can Wait" is a 1988 song performed by German singer Sandra and written by Michael Cretu, Hubert Kemmler, Markus Löhr and Klaus Hirschburger. It was arranged by Michael Cretu and Markus Löhr, and produced by Cretu. The song was released as the lead single from Sandra's third studio album Into a Secret Land in mid-1988. The single reached the top 10 in Austria and France, the top 20 in Germany and Switzerland and was one of Sandra's few singles to break into the UK Top 100. In Austria, it was also a top 10 airplay hit. It was Sandra's fourth and last silver-certified single in France.
"Wish You Were Here" is a song by Swedish band Rednex from their first album, Sex & Violins (1995). Written by Teijo Agélii-Leskelä and produced by Denniz Pop and Max Martin, the ballad is performed by lead singer Annika Ljungberg and was released as the third single of the album in April 1995. It became a number-one hit in Austria, Germany, Norway, and Switzerland. In Austria, it was the most successful single of 1995. Additionally, the song reached number two in Iceland, number three in Sweden, and number six in Finland. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at number five.
"Coco Jamboo" is a song by German Eurodance group Mr. President. It was released on 29 March 1996 as the lead single from their second studio album, We See the Same Sun (1996). Music critics compared the song to Swedish band Ace of Base. A hit in Europe, it reached number one in Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, and Switzerland. It also experienced success in the United States, peaking at number 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 in September 1997. The accompanying music video was filmed in Venezuela. Mr. President was awarded the German 1997 Echo award in the category for Best Dance Single with "Coco Jamboo".
"Eins, Zwei, Polizei" is a 1994 song recorded by Italian dance musician Mo-Do and was released as the debut single from his first and only album, Was Ist Das? (1995). The song got its inspiration from "Der Kommissar" by Austrian singer Falco and "Da Da Da" by German band Trio, both released in the early 1980s. It was co-produced by Claudio Zennaro and Fulvio Zafret, and achieved great success in many European countries. "Eins, Zwei, Polizei" reached number-one in Austria, Germany and Italy. Giuseppe Capotondi directed the music video for the song. It has since been remixed and re-released several times. In 1995, it was remixed by DJ XTC of Chile. In 2000, it was re-released in a remix by Maurizio Ferrara, in 2008 with remixes by German DJ Blutonium Boy and Floorfilla, and in 2019 the song was reworked by Dutch-Turkish DJ Ummet Ozcan.
"It's a Rainy Day" is a song by British, Italy based Eurodance artist Ice MC, released in August 1994 by Italian label Dance World Attack as the third single from his third album, Ice'n'Green (1994), on which it appears in two versions, and his eleventh single overall. Written and produced by Robyx, it features vocals by Italian singer Alexia. It became the most successful single of the album, reaching number-one in Italy and number two in both Belgium and Spain. The single was also released with new remixes for the Christmas holidays. Giacomo de Simone directed its accompanying music video, which was filmed in Italy with Alexia.
"Love Religion" is a song recorded by German dance music act U96, released by Guppy label in October 1994, as the lead single from the act's third album, Club Bizarre (1995). Unlike their previous songs, "Love Religion" is more trance-oriented techno and pop. It takes its main melody from Giorgio Moroder's 1978 instrumental "The Chase". The background vocals are performed by Dutch singer, actress and TV host Daisy Dee. It peaked at number two in Finland and Sweden, and was also a top 10 hit in Austria, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The music video for the song was directed by Nico Beyer.
"Fred Come to Bed" is a song recorded by German eurodance act E-Rotic. It was released in March 1995 as the second single from the album Sex Affairs. Written and composed by David Brandes and John O'Flynn, the song hit success in German-speaking countries where it was a top ten hit. In Germany, the song was ranked for 18 weeks and was a top three hit. In Switzerland, it hit number six and remained in the top 50 for 16 weeks. In Austria, it fell off the top 30 after 14 weeks and a peak at number five. In France and Belgium (Flanders), the song was a top 20 hit, and in December 1995 the song reached number 90 in the United Kingdom.
"Somebody Dance with Me" is a song by Swiss artist DJ BoBo featuring Emel Aykanat. It was released in November 1992 as the second single from his debut album, Dance with Me (1993). The song is on some parts based on sampling taken from "Somebody's Watching Me" by Rockwell. It was the first major hit of DJ BoBo in 1992-1993, reaching the top of Swiss Hitparade, the official Swiss Singles Chart. It was also a number-one hit in Portugal and Sweden.
"Shut Up (and Sleep with Me)" is a song by German Eurodance artist Sin With Sebastian, released in May 1995 by the Sing Sing label as the lead single from his debut album, Golden Boy (1995). The song features classic opera vocals by singer Donna Lynn Bowers aka Steve. Co-produced by Inga Humpe and Sebastian Roth (real name of SWS), who also wrote it, the song became a Europe-wide hit, reaching number-one in Austria, Finland, Lithuania and Spain. Outside Europe, it also reached number-one in Mexico. It was nominated to the 1996 Echo Awards for the best German dance single and the accompanying music video was directed by Matthias Schweger. The song was included on the soundtrack to the 1997 German film Silvester Countdown and featured in a commercial for Tulipan Condoms.
"Get-A-Way" is a song by German Eurodance project Maxx, released in October 1993 as the debut single from the project's first album, To the Maxximum (1994). In Germany, the song reached Gold status for selling over 250,000 units. It peaked within the top 10 in at least 13 countries; Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Japan, the Netherlands, Norway, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. By mid-1994, it sold over 1.1 million singles in Europe. Its music video was directed by Jonathan Bate.
"Love Is All Around" is a song by Swiss singer-songwriter DJ BoBo, released on 23 January 1995 as the second single from his second album, There Is a Party (1994). It features vocals by singer Christiane Lupp and reached number one on the dance chart in Canada. In Europe, it peaked within the top 10 in Finland and Germany, being certified gold in the latter country.

The song was a top 20 hit in Austria and Finland, and a top 30 hit in Germany. On the Eurochart Hot 100, it reached number 66 in August 1996. A computer generated music video was produced to promote the single, directed by Paul Morgans. He had previously directed the videos for the act's hit singles "Club Bizarre" and "Heaven". In Pan-European magazine Music & Media's review of the parent album, "A Night to Remember" was described as "cheerful" and a potential future single.
"Freedom" is a song by Swiss artist DJ BoBo, released in September 1995 by several labels as the fourth and last single from the artist's second album, There Is a Party (1994). The song was a top 10 hit in Europe, reaching number four in Austria (7), Finland (7), Germany (8) and Switzerland (4). On the Eurochart Hot 100, it peaked at number 15 in November 1995, ending up as number 57 on its year-end chart. Outside Europe, "Freedom" charted in Australia (93). The female singers are Natascha Wright and Lisa Noya. Alex Trime and Sven Delgado produced the song. Its music video was directed by Frank Paul Husmann-Labusga who had previously directed the videos for "Let the Dream Come True" and "There Is a Party". "Freedom" sold to Gold in Germany.
"Respect Yourself" is a song by Swiss artist DJ BoBo, released in December 1996 as the second single from his third album, World in Motion (1996). The song features vocals by American singers Lori Glori and Jocelyn Brown, and the choir United Spirits. A major hit in Europe, it peaked at number two in Czech Republic, number seven in Finland, number 16 in Switzerland, number 23 in Austria and number 31 in Germany. On the Eurochart Hot 100, the single reached number 52 in January 1997. DJ BoBo performed it at the World Music Awards in Monaco in April 1997. The accompanying music video was directed by Thomas Job.
"Hold On" is a song recorded by German group Loft, released in November 1993 by RCA as the second single from the group's first album, Wake the World (1994). Written by Courtney Williams, Nosie Katzmann and Richard Williams, the song features vocals by American singer Kim Sanders. Becoming one of the group's most successful singles, it reached number two on the Canadian RPM Dance/Urban chart and was a top 10 hit also in Israel (8), while entering the top 20 in Denmark (13) and Finland (19). Additionally, it was a top 30 hit in Austria (26), Germany (21) and Switzerland (30). On the Eurochart Hot 100, "Hold On" peaked at number 54 in January 1994. Its accompanying music video was directed by Barry Maguire and made mostly in black-and-white, but some scenes also have a sepia tone. German group Fun Factory used the same melody for their hit single "Close To You" in 1994.
