"Scatman (Ski-Ba-Bop-Ba-Dop-Bop)" is a song by American musician Scatman John. It was released in November 1994 as his debut single, and was later re-released in July 1995 for his second album, Scatman's World (1995). The song is described as "a blend of jazz scatting, rap, and house beats". It reached number-one on the charts in at least ten countries and also won the March 1996 Echo Award in Germany for the best Rock/Pop single. The music video for the song was directed by Kerstin Mueller and received heavy rotation on music channels.
"Belly Dancer (Bananza)" is the fourth single from R&B singer Akon's debut studio album, Trouble. "Belly Dancer (Bananza)" peaked at number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100. Outside of the United States, "Belly Dancer (Bananza)" peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom. The song samples "The Lunatics (Have Taken Over the Asylum)" by Fun Boy Three and "Body Rock" by Treacherous Three, and borrows from the chorus of "For What It's Worth" by Buffalo Springfield. It was released in November 2013 as a single and reached number-one in Belgium and Germany, while it also reached the top 10 in many other European countries, including the top 3 in the United Kingdom. The song samples the refrain of Australian electronic duo Pnau's song "Baby", which itself was a top 40 hit in Australia. It was used in an advert for the Mercedes C-Class, while the refrain was also used in the video game Gran Turismo 5.
"Geronimo" is the second single released, in February 2014, by Australian indie pop band Sheppard. It was written by three of its members, Jason Bovino with the siblings, George and Amy Sheppard, and was produced by Stuart Stuart at Analog Heart Studios, Brisbane. It is the first number-one single ever recorded in Brisbane and reached number one on the Australian Singles Chart in April 2014. Having held the position for three weeks, the song became the longest stay at the top of the charts for an Australian artist or band since "Battle Scars" by Guy Sebastian in August 2012. "Geronimo" also held the longest stay at number one on the Australian Singles Chart for any independent release. Furthermore, the track reached the top ten in eleven additional countries.

"Dangerous" is a song by French music producer David Guetta released as the second single from his sixth studio album, Listen. "Roses" is a song by Guyanese-American rapper Saint Jhn, originally released on July 22, 2016 and later included on his 2018 album Collection One. Originally produced by Fallen, it was remixed by Kazakh producer Imanbek and released as a single on September 18, 2019. The remix of the song helped the song gain international recognition after it was featured on a Snapchat filter and on video-sharing app TikTok where it received over 4.5 billion plays in the month of April 2020. On May 27, 2020, a second remix produced by Quay Global and Fallen was released with American rapper Future. On July 20, 2020, a music video was released for the second remix. The remix's music video budget was bumped to help bail funds for arrested protesters and aid black-owned businesses and the Black Lives Matter movement, all regarding the George Floyd protests that started during May 2020.
Imanbek Maratuly Zeikenov, known professionally as Imanbek, is a Kazakh DJ and record producer. In 2019, he became known for his remix of Saint Jhn's "Roses". In 2021, Imanbek won a Grammy for his remix of "Roses", becoming the first Grammy recipient from Kazakhstan, and the first Grammy award winner in a non-classical category from within the CIS.
"Caramelo" is a song by Puerto Rican singer Ozuna. The track was released on June 11, 2020 through Sony Music Latin as the lead single of his fourth studio album ENOC (2020). The track, written by Ozuna alongside its respective producers, became a top ten hit in Spain, Colombia, Argentina and other selected European and countries in Latin America. In the United States, the track peaked at the 76th position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, while reaching the top ten on the Global 200. Ozuna united with Colombian singer Karol G as well as with Puerto Rican rapper Myke Towers for a remixed version of the song, released in August of the same year.
