T-DJ Milana (Julia Igorevna Rysina; born February 12, 1989, in Luhansk) is a Ukrainian DJ, composer, dancer and model, best known for performing in top-less in her sets.

Julia Rysina was born on February 12, 1989, in Luhansk. [1] Until 2007, she had been engaged in the modeling business, but then she moved to Kharkiv, where she began her career of a topless DJ at the MISTO club and formed the Quattro Hand's Stuff project together with DJ Viniloff. [2] [3]

In 2009, T-Dj Milana started a two-month tour of the clubs in Bulgaria, Croatia and Macedonia, [3] after which she was invited as a special guest on the talk show The Late Show with Azis. [4]

In 2010, she presented her first track "Feel, Real" and its video clip, and also organized a week tour in Indonesia and repeated tours in Bulgaria and Russia. By 2011, Julia's single was used and supported by a number of famous DJs, so Paul Oakenfold used it in his episode 094 "Perfecto Podcast!", and James Grant – in his radio show "Anjunadeep".

In 2013-2014, DJ Milana twice participated in the TV show "Says Ukraine" on the "Ukraine" channel. [5] [6] In the August of the same year, Milana made a performance on the island of Ibiza in Spain for the first time, where she immediately received the status of a resident of a major boat party "Oceanbeat Ibiza". Also in 2013, Julia starred in the video for the song "Gimme some more" by the Bulgarian singer Valya. [7] Since 2014, she continues to work as a resident at the "Oceanbeat Ibiza", as well as in the clubs "Bora-Bora Ibiza" and "Top 21 Ibiza".

<i>VIP Brother</i> season 2 Season of television series

VIP Brother 2 was the second season of the celebrity version of the Bulgarian reality television show Big Brother. It was aired on Nova Television. The show started on 26 March 2007 and ended on 27 April 2007. It lasted for 33 days, 4 days longer than the previous season, because of the high ratings. The show was hosted by Niki Kanchev.

Bulgaria participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "DJ, Take Me Away" written by Dian Savov. The song was performed by the group Deep Zone and Balthazar. The Bulgarian broadcaster Bulgarian National Television (BNT) organised the national final Bŭlgarskata pesen v „Evroviziya 2008” in order to select the Bulgarian entry for the 2008 contest in Belgrade, Serbia. 56 entries were selected to participate in the first phase of the national final, EuroBGvision, which consisted of three monthly selections. Fourteen entries qualified to compete in Bŭlgarskata pesen v „Evroviziya 2008” which consisted of two shows: a semi-final and a final held on 26 January 2008 and 23 February 2008, respectively. Eighteen entries competed in the semi-final and the top nine songs qualified to the final alongside three pre-qualified songs. In the final, public televoting exclusively selected "DJ, Take Me Away" performed by Deep Zone and Balthazar as the winning entry with 15.37% of the votes.

During the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the resulting Russian occupation of multiple Ukrainian towns and cities, numerous cases of non-violent resistance against the invasion took place. Local residents organised protests against the invasion and blocked the movement of Russian military equipment. The Russian military dispersed the protests, sometimes with live fire, injuring many and killing some. Most of the large protests ended in March.
