TM (formerly known as Islacom, Touch Mobile, and Republika ng TM and also known as TM Tambayan) is a Filipino cellular service brand of Filipino telecommunications company Globe Telecom.
TM was launched on September 12, 2001, as Touch Mobile, initially catering to the middle income market, and has since covered lower-income groups as well, making it Globe's value brand offering. [1] [2] [3] The service has gained popularity for its discounted call and messaging services, with the "All Network" offers allowing TM subscribers to communicate with users from other local networks.
Touch Mobile was started as the first mobile brand in the Philippines that introduced voice messaging system in 2001. Due to the majority of SMS users, the voice messaging system was discontinued and instead focused on SMS-based services.
In 2005, the brand was relaunched as TM "Ang Bagong Touch Mobile" (English: The new Touch Mobile), and then as TM "Pinalakas na Touch Mobile" (English: The stronger Touch Mobile) while keeping the slogan "Power to the People!", reaching even subscribers of low income and rural communities.
Its new name Republika ng TM (Filipino: Republic of TM) and adding three stars and the sun above the logo, and their slogan "Astig Tayo Dito!" (Filipino: We are cool here!) was introduced in 2009.
In 2019, "Republika ng TM" was rebranded as "TM Tambayan" with an updated logo heavily based on the colors on the flag of the Philippines, which the brand focused on continuous of fun and happy Filipino (also known as "FunPinoy") moments.

Helio, Inc. is a former, mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) using Sprint's network that offered wireless voice, messaging and data products and services to customers in the continental United States beginning on May 2, 2006. Originally a 50/50 joint venture founded in January, 2005 between South Korean wireless operator SK Telecom and American Internet services provider EarthLink, early losses caused EarthLink to stop providing additional funding in fall of 2007. SK Telecom provided the required additional funding to sustain Helio, which was re-organized as Helio LLC, and by January 2008, SK Telecom had assumed an increased ownership stake and with it, operational control of the joint venture. Although SK Telecom publicly pledged to support Helio, SK Telecom entered into talks to sell the company to rival MVNO Virgin Mobile USA. Virgin Mobile USA closed the acquisition of Helio and its 170,000 subscribers on August 22, 2008. Virgin Mobile USA exited the postpaid wireless business and retired the Helio brand on May 25, 2010.
TNT is a cellular service of Smart Communications in the Philippines. By April 2000, Piltel launched it's GSM brand, Talk 'N Text. Piltel also reported 16,590,737 subscribers to its GSM brand, Talk 'N Text, before its transfer to Smart. Piltel used the 912 area code for its AMPS/CDMA service. However, it is now used for TNT.

ABS-CBNmobile formerly uses the network infrastructures of Globe Telecom under a network-sharing agreement which allows ABS-CBN and Globe to share frequencies, switches, servers, and transmitters. ABS-CBNmobile formerly offers prepaid and postpaid SMS, voice, data, wireless landline connection, and access to premium and exclusive contents of iWant TV.
