Air Vice-Marshal Tamara Nancy Jennings, OBE (born in 1973) is a British solicitor and senior Royal Air Force officer. Since September 2018, she has served as Director of Legal Services and head of the RAF Legal Branch. [1] [2]
Jennings was born on 27 August 1973 in Akrotiri, Cyprus, the daughter of Nigel John Quincey and Janet Mary Quincey. She attended Kesteven and Sleaford High School and Lady Manners School. She received an LLB from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and an MA from King's College London. [3] She was admitted as a solicitor in July 1998, [2] and went on to practice law in Newcastle upon Tyne. [1]
On 25 May 2000, Jennings was commissioned into the RAF Legal Branch of the Royal Air Force (RAF) with the rank of flight lieutenant. [4] She moved from a short service to a permanent commission on 19 April 2004, allowing her to serve in the RAF until retirement. [5] She was promoted to squadron leader on 25 May 2004, [6] and to wing commander on 25 May 2010. [7] She has worked at HQ Personnel and Training Command, HQ Strike Command, RAF Brize Norton, and HQ Air Command. [1]
In 2017, Jennings was promoted to air commodore. [1] She served as Deputy Director Legal Services (RAF) from May 2017 to 2018. [8] On 29 September 2018, she was appointed Director of Legal Services (RAF) and promoted to air vice-marshal. [9]
In the 2015 Queen's Birthday Honours, Jennings was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). [10] She was awarded the Royal Air Force Long Service and Good Conduct Medal in 2018. [11]
In 2023 an employment tribunal concluded that Air Vice Marshal Tamara Jennings OBE had effectively 'sabotaged' RAF Wing Commander Allan Steele's career by concluding in July 2019 that he could not serve in the Legal Branch any more due to a breakdown in relations with other officers

Air Marshal Sir Stuart David Atha,, is a former senior officer of the Royal Air Force. He led No. 3 (Fighter) Squadron from 2000 to 2004, which included deployment to Iraq on Operation Telic, commanded RAF Coningsby (2006–08), No. 83 Expeditionary Air Group (2009–10) and No. 1 Group (2011–14), and served as the Air Component Commander for security during the 2012 London Olympics. Air Marshal Sir Barry Mark North, is a retired senior Royal Air Force officer, who served as Deputy Commander (Personnel) at RAF Air Command. From August 2016 to October 2019 he served as Commandant of RAF College Cranwell. He was formerly a Harrier pilot and served as commander of No. 100 Squadron RAF, flying BAE Systems Hawks.

Air Vice-Marshal John Raymond Ellis, is a British Anglican priest and former police officer. Between July 2018 and July 2022 he served as Chaplain-in-Chief of the Royal Air Force Chaplains Branch and Archdeacon for the Royal Air Force. He had worked as a police officer and then in parish ministry in the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich from 1997, before joining the Royal Air Force Chaplains Branch in 2004.
