Tars-Dallyar is a village in the Shamkir Rayon of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan, officially the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a landlocked country in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia.
