Taupezia is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
The Late Jurassic is the third epoch of the Jurassic Period, and it spans the geologic time from 161.5 ± 1.0 to 145.0 ± 0.8 million years ago (Ma), which is preserved in Upper Jurassic strata.
Dinosaur King is a Japanese card-based arcade game from Sega that uses similar gameplay mechanics to Mushiking. The game was revealed in JAMMA 2005. A Nintendo DS version was also later released.
Euskelosaurus is a sauropodomorph dinosaur from the Late Triassic of South Africa and Lesotho. Fossils have only been recovered from the lower Elliot Formation in South Africa and Lesotho, and in one locality in Zimbabwe.
Loncosaurus is an extinct genus of ornithopod dinosaur from the Upper Cretaceous of Provincia de Santa Cruz, Argentina. The type species is Loncosaurus argentinus, described by the famous Argentinian paleontologist Florentino Ameghino, but is considered a dubious name. Details on this animal are often contradictory, befitting a genus that was long confused for a theropod.
Jurassic Park is a 1990 science fiction novel written by Michael Crichton. A cautionary tale about genetic engineering, it presents the collapse of a zoological park showcasing genetically recreated dinosaurs to illustrate the mathematical concept of chaos theory and its real-world implications. A sequel titled The Lost World, also written by Crichton, was published in 1995. In 1997, both novels were republished as a single book titled Michael Crichton's Jurassic World.
Eocarcharia is a genus of carcharodontosaurid theropod dinosaur from the Early Cretaceous Elrhaz Formation that lived in the Sahara 112 million years ago, in what today is the country of Niger. It was discovered in 2000 on an expedition led by University of Chicago paleontologist Paul Sereno. The type and only species is Eocarcharia dinops. Its teeth were shaped like blades and were used for disabling live prey and ripping apart body parts. Eocarcharia’s brow is swollen into a massive band of bone, giving it a menacing glare. It may have reached lengths of 6–8 m (19.7–26.2 ft).
Austrocheirus is an extinct genus of theropod dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period. It was named and described by Martin Ezcurra, Federico Agnolin and Fernando Novas in 2010. It contains the type species Austrocheirus isasii. The generic name means "southern hand". The specific epithet honours discoverer and preparator Marcelo Pablo Isasi.
Camptosaurichnus is an ichnogenus of footprint found in Colchagua (Chile), belonging to an Ornithopod dinosaur. It was from the Tithonian age of the Jurassic.
Dakotasaurus is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Hadrosaurichnus is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Ichnites is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Iguanodontipus is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Orcauichnites is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Ornithopodichnites is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Shiraminesauropus is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Sousaichnium is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Staurichnium is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Tetrapodosaurus is an ichnogenus of dinosaur footprint.
Vahiny is an extinct genus of titanosaur sauropod dinosaur known from the Late Cretaceous of the Maevarano Formation, northwestern Madagascar. It contains a single species, Vahiny depereti.
This list of dinosaur-bearing rock formations is a list of geologic formations in which dinosaur fossils have been documented.
