TeKoS (Dutch : Teksten, Kommentaren en Studies) is a Flemish "Nieuw Rechts" ( Nouvelle Droite ) publication. It is published by Knooppunt Delta.

History and profile

As with other Nouvelle Droite publications such as its inspiration Éléments , the themes in TeKoS are related to European culture, European nationalism, anti-egalitarianism and ecologism. The magazine has a new right stance. [1] The editor-in-chief since its founding in 1979 is Luc Pauwels.

The Stripschapprijs is a Dutch prize awarded to comic creators for their entire body of work. It is awarded annually by the Stripschap, the Dutch Society of comics fans, since 1974. The prize is non-pecuniary, but is considered the most important award for comics in the country.

François-Louis Ganshof was a Belgian medievalist. After studies at the Athénée Royal, he came to the University of Ghent, where he came under the influence of Henri Pirenne. After studies with Ferdinand Lot, he practiced law for a period, before returning to the University of Ghent. Here he succeeded Pirenne in 1930 as professor of medieval history, after Pirenne left the university as a result of the enforcement of Dutch as language of instruction. He remained there until his retirement in 1961.

Johannes (Jan) Maria van der Lans was a Dutch professor in the psychology of religion at the Catholic University of Nijmegen.

The Arkprijs van het Vrije Woord is a symbolic award created in 1951 by Herman Teirlinck and the editorial team of the Nieuw Vlaams Tijdschrift to counteract ideologically driven restrictions on the freedom of expression.

Koenraad Logghe used to be a Flemish proponent of the European New Right and former practitioner of folkish Asatru, founder of the Werkgroep Traditie neopagan organization which he left in the summer of 2008. Under Koenraad Logghe, Werkgroep Traditie followed "Traditionalism" in the sense of René Guénon and Julius Evola.

Michiel van Kempen

Michaël Henricus Gertrudis (Michiel) van Kempen is a Dutch writer, art historian and literary critic. He has written novels, short stories, essays, travel literature and scenarios. He was the compiler of a huge range of anthologies of Dutch-Caribbean literature and wrote an extensive history of the literature of Suriname, in two volumes.

The Fernand Collin Prize for Law was named after Fernand Collin. It is awarded to a scientist who makes a significant Dutch-language contribution to law in Belgium. In 1972 it was awarded to an economist.

France is traditionally Roman Catholic as well and has an above-average fraction of atheists. Romania and Moldova are Eastern Orthodox countries and both are very religious.

K. Schippers Dutch poet, prose writer and art critic

K. Schippers is a Dutch poet, prose writer and art critic. He was born in Amsterdam on 6 November 1936. Credited with having introduced the readymade as a poetic form, the whole of his work is dedicated to looking at everyday objects and events in a new way.

Randall Christoph Herman Lesaffer is a Belgian historian of international law. He has been professor of legal history at Tilburg University since 1999, where he also served as dean of Tilburg Law School from 2008 to 2012. His work focuses on the Early Modern Age.

Dries Van Langenhove Flemish-Belgian blogger

Dries Van Langenhove is a Belgian politician, blogger, and activist. He has been the founder and leader of the right-wing, Flemish nationalist youth organization Schild & Vrienden since 2017. In 2019, he was elected to the Chamber of Representatives on the Vlaams Belang ticket despite not being a registered member of the party.
