Technical College of the Rockies (TCR) is a public technical college with its main campus in Delta, Colorado. TCR serves over 200 students annually at its main campus in Delta and a branch campus in Montrose, 22 miles southeast of Delta. TCR is governed by Delta County Joint School District #50J.

It is controlled by the Department of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development, Government of West Bengal. It is one of the oldest polytechnics in West Bengal and one of the oldest technical institutes in India.
