Theodore "Ted" Dallas is the current President and COO of Merakey Inc.,a non-profit organization that provides integrated services in the areas of mental health,addictive diseases,autism,education,intellectual/developmental disabilities,juvenile justice,and therapeutic family care to special needs children and adults in the United States. [1] He was the former Pennsylvania Secretary of Human Services under Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf from June 2015 until August 2017. Previously,he served as Maryland Secretary of Human Resources from 2011 until 2015 in the administration of Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley. [2] [3]

Karen Murphy,R.N.,Ph.D.,is an American registered nurse and healthcare administrator. She previously served as the Pennsylvania Secretary of Health,having been nominated by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and confirmed in May 2015. Prior to that,she served as Pennsylvania Director of the State Innovation Models Initiative and CEO of the Moses Taylor Health System. Murphy received a registered nurse diploma from the Scranton State Hospital School of Nursing. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Scranton (1991),a Master of Business Administration from Marywood University,and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. Murphy worked at Moses Taylor Hospital in Scranton,Pennsylvania,for 34 years,beginning in 1977,when she was hired by the hospital as a registered nurse. She became president and CEO of Mose Taylor Hospital in 2009. On January 5,2012,Murphy announced her departure from Mose Taylor,just two days after the $152-million dollar acquisition of Moses Taylor Hospital by a for-profit company,Community Health Systems Inc. She took a temporary,two-month interim leadership position at a new community foundation created by the sale.
Russell C. Redding is the Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture,having been nominated by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and confirmed in May 2015. He had previously served in that role in the administration of Governor Ed Rendell from 2009 until 2011. He also served as an agricultural policy adviser to U.S. Senator Harris Wofford. From 2009 to 2011,Quigley served as secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. He is the first and only person in the history of Pennsylvania to hold the positions of both DCNR and DEP Secretary.

Eileen H. McNulty was the Pennsylvania Secretary of Revenue,having been nominated by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf and confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate in June 2015. She formerly served as Pennsylvania Secretary of Revenue from 1991 to 1995 in the Cabinet of Pennsylvania Governor Robert P. Casey. McNulty graduated cum laude from Michigan State University with a B.A. in economics. She served in the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget from 2011 until 2013.
The 2018 Pennsylvania gubernatorial election took place on November 6,2018,to elect the Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania,concurrently with the election of Pennsylvania's Class I U.S. Senate seat,as well as elections to the United States House of Representatives and various local elections. Incumbent Democratic Governor Tom Wolf won re-election to a second term by a double-digit margin,defeating Republican challenger Scott Wagner and two third-party candidates from the Green Party,Paul Grover and Libertarian Party,Ken Krawchuk. The primary elections were held on May 15. This was the first time since Bob Casey Jr.'s landslide State Treasurer win in 2004 that Cumberland County voted for the Democrat in a statewide election.
