Background

Ten Stories High is a collection of songs inspired by the stories of the band’s fans, their true believers. Bassist Bryan Kienlen said “This more directly is not about us. (We’re asking,) ‘What’s your story? We’re listening.’ It’s more interesting, listening to other people’s stories at this point in my life.” Through crowd-funding platform Patreon, one membership tier got supporters a custom song and through weekly Zoom chats with fans, singer Greg Attonito would come up with the lyrics while Kienlen and guitarist Pete Steinkopf would write the music and send a demo to drummer George Rebelo.
