The 48th district of the Texas House of Representatives consists of central and southern portions of Travis County. The current representative is Donna Howard, who has represented the district since 2006. [1] [2]
Following the 2021 redistricting, the district includes much of central and southern parts of the city of Austin, the capital of the state of Texas. The small cities of Rollingwood and West Lake Hills are also located inside the district. [2]
The district contains a portion of major highway I-35 in its southern portion, and borders Texas House district 49 to its east.
Texas's 3rd congressional district of the United States House of Representatives is in the suburban areas north and northeast of Dallas. It encompasses much of Collin County, including McKinney and Allen, as well as parts of Plano, Frisco, and Prosper. Additionally, the district includes all but the southern portion of Hunt County. The district is also home to a public four-year university, Texas A&M University-Commerce, as well as Collin College.
Texas's 8th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives includes all of Walker, Montgomery and San Jacinto counties, and parts of Harris County. It includes much of the northern outlying areas of metro Houston, including Conroe, Magnolia, and most of Lake Livingston. The current Representative from the 8th district is Morgan Luttrell and has been since 2023.
Texas's 10th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives stretches from the northwestern portion of the Greater Houston region to the Greater Austin region. It includes Houston suburbs such as Katy, Cypress, Tomball, and Prairie View, cities in east-central Texas including Brenham and Columbus, and northern Austin and some suburbs including Pflugerville, Bastrop, Manor, and Elgin. The current representative is Michael McCaul.
Texas's 11th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives is in the midwestern portion of the state of Texas, stretching from the Permian Basin through the Hill Country. Major cities in the district are Andrews, Midland, Odessa, San Angelo, and Brownwood. The current Representative from the 11th district is Republican August Pfluger.
Texas's 22nd congressional district of the United States House of Representatives covers a largely suburban southwestern portion of the Greater Houston metropolitan area. The district includes most of Fort Bend County, including most of the cities of Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Needville and the county seat of Richmond as well as the county's share of the largely unincorporated Greater Katy area west of Houston. In addition, the district also contains portions of northern Brazoria County, including most of Pearland and Alvin and all of Wharton and Matagorda counties, as well as a small portion of western Harris County centered on most of that county's share of the Greater Katy area.
Texas's 25th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives stretches from Arlington and Fort Worth to some of its outer southwestern suburbs, as well as rural counties east of Abilene. The district's current Representative is Roger Williams.
Texas' 26th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives includes rural Cooke County to the north and some of Wise County to the West and includes parts of Denton County, including Flower Mound, Lewisville and parts of Corinth, Carrollton, Little Elm and The Colony. The current Representative is Michael C. Burgess. The district is best known as the seat of former House Majority Leader Dick Armey.
District 63 is a district in the Texas House of Representatives. It was created in the 5th legislature (1853–55).
District 64 is a district of the Texas House of Representatives that serves all of Wise County and the northwest portion of Denton County. The current representative for district 64 is Republican Lynn Stucky, who succeeded Myra Crownover on January 9, 2017.
District 65 is a district of the Texas House of Representatives that serves a portion of Denton County.

Texas's 37th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives was created as a result of the 2020 census. It consists of a portion of Travis County, including much of Austin, and extends into southern Williamson County. It is represented by Lloyd Doggett. The district is contained predominantly in Travis County with a small portion of Williamson County, and consists of the majority of the city of Austin as well as small areas of its suburbs.
The 106th district of the Texas House of Representatives represents the eastern portion of Denton County. The current representative of this district is Jared Patterson, a Republican from Frisco who has represented the district since 2019 when Pat Fallon vacated the seat to successfully run for Texas Senate, and later went on to serve in the U.S. Congress.
The Texas House of Representatives 50th district represents a northeast portion of Austin and a small part of southern Pflugerville, both in Travis County. The current representative is James Talarico, who won in 2022 after previously being Representative for Texas State House district 52.
The Texas House of Representatives 49th district represents a central portion Travis County. The current representative is Gina Hinojosa, who has represented the district since 2017.
The 104th district of the Texas House of Representatives represents central and eastern Grand Prairie, and a portion of west Dallas. The current representative is Jessica Gonzalez, who has represented the district since 2019.
The 101st district of the Texas House of Representatives consists of southern Arlington, a portion of southern Grand Prairie, and a very small part of eastern Mansfield. The current representative is Chris Turner, who has represented the district since 2013.
The 109th district of the Texas House of Representatives consists of portions of southern Dallas County. This includes Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Hutchins, Wilmer, Seagoville, southern parts of the city of Dallas, and half of DeSoto. The current representative is Carl Sherman, who has represented the district since 2019.
The 110th district of the Texas House of Representatives consists of southern portions of the city of Dallas. The current representative is Toni Rose, who has represented the district since 2013.
