Grand Hustle Records, also known as Hustle Gang Music, is an Atlanta, Georgia-based hip hop record label, founded in 2003, by American hip hop recording artist T.I. and his business partner Jason Geter. Up until December 2012, the label was distributed by Atlantic Records. It currently operates as an independent record label. The label is home to artists such as B.o.B, Young Dro, Travis Scott and Trae tha Truth, the latter of whom also serves as the label's vice president. The label also houses a roster of record producers, including DJ Toomp, Lil' C, Mars, Nard & B, TrackSlayerz and more.
Frazier Othel Thompson III, better known by his stage name Trae tha Truth, is an American rapper, songwriter, record executive and activist from Houston, Texas. Embarking on a musical career in 1998, he soon established himself as a prominent member of the Texas hip hop scene with his solo debut, Losing Composure (2003). Same Thing Different Day (2004) and Restless (2006) followed up, the latter of which was his debut on Rap-a-Lot Records.
American rapper T.I. has released eleven studio albums, one compilation album, one remix album, four extended plays (EPs), 13 mixtapes, 110 singles and 11 promotional singles. He has also released one music video album and over 60 music videos, the details of which are included in his videography. Throughout his career, T.I.'s music has been released on several record labels, including Artista and Atlantic, as well as his own label imprint, Grand Hustle Records. T.I. has also served as an executive producer for several projects other than his own, including Big Kuntry King's debut My Turn to Eat (2008), B.G.'s Too Hood 2 Be Hollywood (2009), B.o.B's debut The Adventures of Bobby Ray (2010) and Iggy Azalea's debut EP Glory (2012), as well as her debut album The New Classic (2014). In 2005, T.I. had executive produced the soundtrack to the film Hustle & Flow and released the collection through his record label. Thugged Out: The Albulation is the debut solo studio album by American rapper Yukmouth. It was released as double album on November 3, 1998 via Rap-A-Lot Records. Recording sessions took place at Enterprise Studio in Burbank) and at the Hippie House in Houston. Production was handled by Mike Dean, Mr. Lee, Don Juan, Tone Capone and Keith "88 Keys" Kinlow, with J. Prince serving as executive producer. American rapper T.I., head of the label, first revealed plans for a label collaborative album in 2013. The compilation produced three singles—"Game 7", "Do No Wrong" and "Friends".
