The sixth season of The Bachelorette Australia premiered on Wednesday, 7 October 2020. [1] In an Australian first, the season features Newcastle, New South Wales sisters Elly Miles, a 25-year-old nurse, and Becky Miles, a 30-year-old defence contracting specialist as Bachelorettes. [2] [3] Together, they will court 20 men. [4] Elly previously appeared on the seventh season of The Bachelor Australia , where she finished in fifth place. [5]

The Bachelor is an Australian reality dating show, adapted from the popular American Bachelor franchise. The first season of The Bachelor premiered on 8 September 2013. The season follows Tim Robards, a 30-year-old Sydney based chiropractor originally from Newcastle, as he romantically pursues a cast of 25 women, with the goal of finding his wife.
The Bachelorette Australia is a reality television adaptation of the U.S. series of the same name, and a spin-off of The Bachelor Australia. The series, hosted by Osher Günsberg, premiered on 23 September 2015 on Network 10.
