The BritAma Arena (Indonesian: Arena BritAma), also known as Kelapa Gading Sports Mall or Mahaka Square, is an indoor sporting arena located in the affluent Kelapa Gading subdistrict in North Jakarta, Indonesia. [2]
The arena plays host to the basketball games of Indonesia's most successful club basketball team Satria Muda BritAma in the Indonesian Basketball League and ASEAN Basketball League (ABL), and also serves as the venue of some sporting and trade events in the North Jakarta area. The arena hosted the third game of the 2010 ABL finals, and was the venue of the 2011 Southeast Asian basketball tournament, as well as the eSports exhibition event at the 2018 Asian Games.
As Bank Rakyat Indonesia, through its brand "Tabungan BritAma", is the main sponsor of what used to be known as the Satria Muda Mahaka Jakarta team, it also has the naming rights for the venue; therefore "The BritAma Arena".

He is the founder of Mahaka Group, a conglomeration that focuses on media, sports and entertainment. Globally known as the former owner and chairman of Italian football giant Inter Milan and US soccer club D.C. United, Thohir is currently co-owner alongside Anindya Bakrie of English Championship team Oxford United and Liga 1 team Persis Solo along with Kaesang Pangarep, the youngest son of President Joko Widodo. He was also the president director of ANTV television station and the chief of the Indonesian Olympic Committee. In 2019, he became a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Thohir is also currently a member of the FIBA Central Board.

The 2020 Indonesian Basketball League was the fifth season since the re-branding by Starting5. The regular season began on 10 January 2020 and was suspended from 13 March until 23 June 2020, then both remaining series at the regular season in Yogyakarta (UNY) and Malang, as well as the post season in Jakarta have been cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The season originally resumed and concluded directly with the playoffs from 13 until 27 October 2020 at Mahaka Square, Jakarta. Originally, the playoffs were scheduled to begin on 27 March until 12 April 2020, and end with the Finals in 17 and 18 or 19 April 2020. The All-Star game was played on 9 February 2020, at the GOR UNY, Yogyakarta, and was won by IBL All-Stars, 157–155. There was no official Pre-Season held for this season, however 2019 Indonesia President's Cup that was held from 20 November to 24 November 2019 in Solo, Indonesia was treated as the pre-season.
The 2021 Indonesian Basketball League was the sixth season since the re-branding by Starting5. The regular season began on 10 March 2021 and was ended with the Finals in June 2021. In this season there would be no official preseason tournament and all-star games, while throughout the season would be played inside a bubble in Bogor and Jakarta due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, every player, staff, and official must follow the strict health protocols implemented by the organizers.
