The Confessional is a 2008 mixtape by Bishop Lamont. It was distributed by Aftermath Entertainment. An unofficial version was leaked before it was due to be released by DJ Strong. [2]
The Confessional features Xzibit, Glasses Malone, Warren G, Stat Quo, Tha Bizness, Ras Kass, Busta Rhymes and many others. Production was mainly by producers such as Dr. Dre, Focus..., Scott Storch and DJ Khalil also play a big role in production. Other producers such as East Coast heavyweights like Nottz and Bink! also contributed to the mixtape as well. It was hosted by DJ Whoo Kid and presented by Diosece.

Aftermath Entertainment is an American record label founded by hip hop producer and rapper Dr. Dre. It operates as a subsidiary of, and is distributed through, Interscope Records.
Philip Brandon Martin, better known as Bishop Lamont, is an American rapper from Carson, California. He was signed to Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment record label and released one project under the label, eventually leaving in 2010.
The Black Wall Street Records was a record label founded by Jayceon "Game" Taylor and George "Big Fase 100" Taylor III.
Donald Cannon is an American DJ, record producer, songwriter, and record executive. Cannon is a co-founder of the Atlantic Records imprint, Generation Now. He was also a member of the prominent Atlanta mixtape collective, Aphilliates Music Group, with his long-time collaborator and fellow Generation Now founder, DJ Drama. Over the course of his career, Cannon has produced tracks and albums for artists like Jeezy, Logic, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, 50 Cent, and numerous others. He also served as the Vice President of A&R at Def Jam Recordings.

It was named the 9th best mixtape ever by XXL magazine.
Charles Eddie-Lee Hamilton, Jr. is an American rapper. In addition to his solo career, he was a former member of The Chosen Few, and was also a member of the Lupe Fiasco's All City Chess Club. Intent on pursuing a solo career as a rapper, Hamilton signed to independent record label Demevolist Music Group. In 2008, Hamilton released a series of mixtapes entitled The Hamiltonization Process, and on December 8, 2008, Hamilton independently released his debut album entitled The Pink Lavalamp.

Bad Season is the debut mixtape by Tech N9ne released on December 23, 2010 for free digital download. The mixtape was presented by XXL Magazine and it was hosted by DJ Whoo Kid and DJ Scream. It contains 14 all-new tracks submitted by DJ Whoo Kid for Tech N9ne to rap over without prior knowledge of who produced any of the beats. Also included are three tracks from previous Tech N9ne releases. Dr. Dre, the Haitian Super Heroes, Travis Barker and Cookin Soul were later revealed as producers for the mixtape. The mixtape features guest appearances from Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, Jay Rock, Big Scoob, Oobergeek, Irv Da Phenom, Nesto and others. The track "Hard Liquor" was originally by The Game with production by Dr. Dre intended for his Doctors Advocate album, but it did not make the final track listing. After the track was submitted to Whoo Kid, he then submitted it to Travis Barker to remix the track, without Tech N9ne having knowledge of the remix.
V.6: The Gift, the twelfth mixtape by American rapper Lloyd Banks, was released on July 24, 2012 for free download. The mixtape features confirmed guest appearances from Young Chris, Vado, Fabolous, Jadakiss and Schoolboy Q. Digi+Phonics work significantly on projects from all the members of hip hop supergroup Black Hippy, who are also signed to Top Dawg and is composed of rappers Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Schoolboy Q, and Ab-Soul. Their best known productions include "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" by Kendrick Lamar, "There He Go" by Schoolboy Q, and "Terrorist Threats" by Ab-Soul. In 2013 he and his label, Homegrown Music, signed a deal with E1 Music. He then released Homegrown, another EP, in November 2012. He has worked with British hip-hop artists such as Giggs, Avelino, Scorcher and more.
DJ Dirty Harry a.k.a. George M. Harry is a DJ and record producer who co-produced Grammy Winning and ASCAP Award winning song "No One" by Alicia Keys on album As I Am. He was part of the in-house production for Keys' production company, Krucial Keys, and from 2004 -2005 was the head of the company's A&R division in addition to signing a deal with Universal Music Publishing. "No One" became a Hot 100 number-one single. The album went on to sell 5 million copies worldwide.
