The Dark Eye: Skilltree Saga is a role-playing video game developed by German studio Silent Dreams and published by Headup Games for Microsoft Windows, Android and iOS, and released in December 2014. [1] [2]
The game is set in the world of The Dark Eye. The Dark Eye: Skilltree Saga uses 2D and 2.5D graphics and involves creating a character and progressing through the story whilst unlocking various abilities in the skill tree. [3]
A Gamepressure review criticised the visuals as "low budget", and stated that "[the] storyline and exploration of the world are presented here on boards with static, two-dimensional graphics, while the duels take place in a 2.5D environment". [3] Martin Roger from Eurogamer was also critical of the game's price, narrative, and "limited gameplay". [1]

Hogs of War is a 2000 turn-based tactics video game developed by Infogrames Sheffield House and published by Infogrames for the PlayStation and Microsoft Windows. The game is set in the First World War-era where anthropomorphic pigs engage in combat. Bloom is a computer graphics effect used in video games, demos, and high-dynamic-range rendering (HDRR) to reproduce an imaging artifact of real-world cameras. The effect produces fringes of light extending from the borders of bright areas in an image, contributing to the illusion of an extremely bright light overwhelming the camera or eye capturing the scene. The Witcher is a series of six fantasy novels and 15 short stories written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The series revolves around the eponymous "witcher," Geralt of Rivia. In Sapkowski's works, "witchers" are beast hunters who develop supernatural abilities at a young age to battle wild beasts and monsters. The Witcher began with a titular 1986 short story that Sapkowski entered into a competition held by Fantastyka magazine, marking his debut as an author.
