The Demonstration Archive 1996 - 1998 is a compilation album by Agalloch featuring music from the band's unsigned years from 1996 to 1998. Tracks 1 through 3 were taken from Agalloch's first demo from 1997, From Which of This Oak; tracks 4 through 6 were from an unreleased 7" vinyl EP recorded in autumn 1998 called Of Stone, Wind and Pillor (later released as a limited-edition CD with bonus tracks by The End Records); and tracks 7 and 8 came from Agalloch's second demo Promo 1998. [1]
All of the material was taken from the original DAT tapes and analog reels. Aside from some slight mastering to keep the songs at an even volume, nothing was edited or polished. The collection included a 12-page booklet with notes, contemporary artwork, and 1998 photos. [2]
The recordings of "Hallways of Enchanted Ebony" and "The Melancholy Spirit" are not the same versions that appeared on the studio album Pale Folklore . [1] [2]
The Demonstration Archive 1996 - 1998 was released by Licht von Dämmerung Arthouse [3] in 2008, and reissued as a box set in 2012 by Eisenwald Tonschmiede. [4]

The Beatles' bootleg recordings are recordings of performances by the Beatles that have attained some level of public circulation without being available as a legal release. The term most often refers to audio recordings, but also includes video performances. Starting with vinyl releases in the 1970s, through CD issues in the late 1980s, and continuing with digital downloads starting in the mid 1990s, the Beatles have been, and continue to be, among the most bootlegged artists.

The album features a whole new lineup of members except Chuck Schuldiner; it is the only album to feature guitarist Shannon Hamm, drummer Richard Christy, and bassist Scott Clendenin. It is also Death's final studio album, as Chuck Schuldiner would die due to brain cancer-related issues in 2001, and Death would subsequently disband.

Whistle Rymes is the second solo studio album by the English rock musician John Entwistle, released on 3 November 1972 by Track Records in the UK and on 4 November 1972 by Decca Records in the US. Entwistle co-produced the album with John Alcock, his first work with a producer after self-producing his debut studio album, Smash Your Head Against the Wall (1971), and it was recorded at Island Studios in West London's Notting Hill district. The album features guitar contributions from both Peter Frampton and Jimmy McCulloch.
